From searching online for a decent dentist to making an appointment for a consultation to then beginning my treatment with Abi, I knew I was in good hands. Each step of the process was professionally explained to me which not only helped my understanding, but also alleviated any fears I may have had. My dental health has dramatically improved and brushing and cleaning technique has also altered so as to maintain the very high standard of work that I've received. Over the many years that I've visited numerous dentists I've never had one that broke everything down to me, which really did help immensely. We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us. “OMG. My wife and I went here just to see what they had. £45 pound later, we had to stop because we had enough shopping to stock up our tall freezer. We only walked around 2/3 of the shop. There is so much choice and it's great value for money. A lot of the items we bought, we are trying for the first time. We normally do an online shop, but we didn't want the same old, same old stuff. So that's why we went to the shop. So glad we did.”

They continue to deliver a quality product with absolutely fantastic customer service (very rare to tick both boxes!).They all are incredibly personable, knowledgable and go out of their way to help you - very appreciated when you're waist deep in stressful building work! “Don't let the negative reviews put you off booking. We really enjoyed our stay in one of the 'Premier Plus' rooms, it was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and all the staff were really nice and helpful. We ordered breakfast, which is served in the pub (The Winning Post), which is on the side of the building. It was amazing; there was plenty of choice (even as a vegetarian), and the cooked breakfast was made to order. Again, all the Staff were sociable and friendly. We will definitely be back.”
