“Went there for my wife's birthday dinner and we were so happy with tasty food and excellent service. Drinks from the bar took a while to prepare so eventually we ordered different drinks but other than that everything went well. Happy wife and kids.”

“We went around 7:15 PM for dinner, it was quite at the time, mostly empty. More people joined afterwards but was not overly crowded being a Wednesday night. Service was prompt and food was excellent. We are vegetarian so ordered only vegetarian food and both the items from mains were good. We also ordered two deserts and they were good too. It had calm vibes of small town Mexican dinner.”

“The best we ever had in London, despite being here at least 3-4 times. Comfortable beds, cozy rooms, great service and amazing location. We moved here in the middle of the night from a nearby hotel, as it was noisy and we weren’t able to rest properly. It was the best decision we ever made! Five stars.”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

“We had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance! The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too. The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The ambience was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were so elegant it was like inside a palace. The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!”

“This place is incredible - the most delicious and best value set lunch menu my husband and I have ever had! The langoustine spelt risotto in particular was amazing. Generally the staff were super friendly and great service all round. Highly recommend, we will be trying to go back as soon as possible!!”

“Wow.....What a fantastic meal! - the offer with First Table is exceptional value for money. We ate like royalty and did not hold back.....nibbles, starters, sushi and mains - everything was simply delicious!! I highly recommend the Tuna Tostadas to start, what an immense way to get your taste buds going - the tuna was so fresh and the lovely hint of heat from the jalapeños.....yum! Other highlights were the Red Prawn Truffle - so light and yet packed with intense flavours and also the Spicy Buttermilk Chicken Karaage - so crispy and juicy. The Black Miso Cod of course was a true delight, with that deep, rich flavour coming throb with each bite - the slight charring on the edges giving a nice texture. If you have room for dessert, the Passionfruit Creme Brulee was stunning, beautifully presented, served with little diced cubes of fruit and tasted sublime. To note, the service was impeccable - our server was friendly, attentive, helpful and genuine. “What a lovely hotel in such a great location, everywhere was easy to walk to, lots of things to see and do in the area and easily accessible. Check in was extremely friendly and all the staff were very attentive. We had a few drinks in the bay where the staff were also very attentive and helpful. Rooms were a nice size with everything we needed…. Except a kettle and tea making equipment or so we thought… partner found it in a drawer just before we left! We had even gone for an early morning walk just to get a cuppa and presumed the hotel had gone down the American route if just providing coffee…. Just a suggestion but it would have been helpful to have been told about the location of tea making equipment or a sign somewhere in the room. Likewise I didn’t find the mirror until we left either! Other than this it was great, a lovely comfy bed with very nice bedlinen. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and it was nice to have a separate bath and shower. Would definitely stay again”

“This is a perfect place...buzzy trattoria style downstairs with a great bar, lively outdoor seating and a beautiful bar. And white table clothes, proper dining room upstairs. The front of house service is polite and efficient, the star is the food and it shines. The entire menu looks excellent. We had the homemade Ragu, homemade pasta, it was superb. We also ordered a picannte pizza which was expertly made, like you'd eat in Napoli. We also shared zucchini fritti and a side salad which were both well done. Simple, good food. This will become a regular. It's tops.”

“We stayed here as part of a package deal with the Warner Brother Harry Potter studios. The hotel was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were really friendly. Shout out to manager Charlie for organising a birthday plate for my sister. It was really kind and thoughtful. The hotel went above and beyond for us. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety. The hair dryer in my room didn't work and the reception replaced it immediately. Every interaction we had was really promot. The only negative I would say is the rooms are a little tired. We stayed in a twin room but the friendliness of the staff and the great breakfast make up for that.”

“It was an absolute pleasure dining here. The only reason I found it was the delicious smell when I was walking past with my wife and saw the reviews. So we decided to eat. From we we walked through the door we were greeted with a smile and kindness. The staff....soo happy which sets the tone for the entire meal. The food is great. The beef Pad Ka pow was recommended to us and it was amazing, garlic and chilli with tender beef topped with a perfect fried eggs. The torpedo prawns crispy and fresh and the fried fish (tilapia) was amazing crunch and flaky. The condiments were amazing and top tier. The atmosphere was cute and a lot of locals come in...the vibe is just unique. Happy staff happy locals nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this to anyone”

“Dee and her team recently catered a big 50th garden party celebration for us (~65 people) and her food was AMAZING. She came super prepared with her team of helpers, and getting Thai bowl food out for all our guests was done seamlessly. She just got on with it, not needing much from me as a host. Since the party, the first comment all of our friends have made is how amazing the food was. The food was clearly the star of the show, and we were in very good hands. Dee is fab to work with, accommodating and nothing is too much hassle. Another bonus is she left the kitchen as spotlessly clean with no evidence she was even there! I would not hesitate to use her again, or recommend her to anyone who is looking for top quality food made with love.”

“Pizza was delicious! Just how I like it! Love the hint of lemon on the zucchini pizza! There is a lovely outdoor space for when the weather is good tho we sat inside. They do not sell beer but you can get one from the place close by.”
