The roast dinner was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked meat, crisp yet fluffy roast potatoes, rich gravy, and all the trimmings done to perfection. “Was recommended howdens Romford by the carpenter who was going to fit my kitchen. I dealt with Richard primarily and have also been assisted by the staff in the branch. It was an easy process from the initial home visit by Richard then the drawings, any amendments and the subsequent delivery. I liked the fact I could go to the showroom with any issues and they were able to deal with it there and then. Friendly staff, easy to communicate with. Delighted with the finished result, glad Howdens was recommended to me.”

“This is a superstore! You'd get all you want here. Well stocked. This store is continuously improving for best customer service. Recently they acquired double door fridges for perishable food, so all edibles are now displayed in glass's rides. Makes display tidy and of course kept food fresher. There is parking which is free for the first 2 hours if you make purchases of at least £5”

Our groups food intolerances were catered for extremely well & everyone enjoyed a delicious & plentiful afternoon tea. We had lovely fresh sandwiches, warm soft scones, not dry or crumbly & a large variety of delicious cakes all served in authentic crockery, a nice touch. Even our dog was welcomed just as much as we were. We had to take our leftovers home as we couldn't finish all of the delicious cakes, a welcomed treat later on. Thank you to Kelly & Eastbrookend tea rooms for a lovely afternoon tea. We'll be back & would recommend!”

“Very good quality ottoman beds, not cheap rubbish, I was impressed with workmanship from factory, very good range of mattresses with different price ranges to suit all budgets, and very good people who own the shop, they also have other furniture that looks good quality, delivery driver was good man too. We are very happy with our ottoman bed”

“Went in store today to get some new hinges for a kitchen unit as it was broken. I have no experience of fixing stuff like this but took the old hinge with me and spoke to Ray. He found a new hinge that was very similar, explained what to do and off I toddled. It's now fixed, was super easy and I'm a very happy customer! Thank you so much guys I shall return :0)”
