“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . “Different from a typical High Street kebab takeaway but all the better for that difference - dropped one star on service but only because they were absurdly busy which is a sign of their popularity, which in turn is a reflection of their quality. Beautifully marinated and cooked chicken shish, oven roasted, best pita bread I've ever had and great selection of salad and sauces - plus what I can only describe as the best roast chips I've ever had. £11.35 for large chicken shish in pita. Will be returning without doubt. Kind of hard to mark a takeaway on 'atmosphere' - it was fine for the 15 minutes I was sat waiting!”

“I had their Spicy chicken sandwich, and my Mrs had Portobello mushroom & Brie cheese sandwiche, along with coffee. All of them were delicious, especially the Speciality coffee that I had, it has Irish cream, Kaluha coffee liquor. Previously I had cakes as takeaway from them, they were also delicious. Seating and ambience is very comforting and cozy. My wife loves this cafe . Owner and staff are very warm and polite. I'll highly recommend anyone who visits Sutton.”

“I was very impressed by the friendly and thorough manner of Walad at Trevi Homes. He gave excellent support in sourcing a more complicated request of a high quality brushed brass sink. Furthermore, he made very good suggestions for an extractor fan. The company, he sourced the sink from, recommended a tap to go with it. Unfortunately, it didn't quite match the sink and was too strong for my other brushed brass fittings. He made it very easy for me to return the item to the local Kingston shop and I didn't have any return costs.”
