After the bank trip, she went into Parmar shoes, a gentleman offered his help, and sold her 3 pairs of boots. The store was clean, and all merchandise was well displayed. “Not sure how there so many bad reviews but every experience here been great, customer service so friendly and helpful ,no issues with items and I always get orders sent to store to pick up and all been fine. Had to order for delivery in store in the store and that was fine. Never had an issue at all so don't be put off by the reviews. I even recall one time they had a pair of trainers I wanted in my size but one was off colour and they even tried to discount me them but I'm really picky and didn't want them and they was fine with it. Genuinely not been an issue with this store.”
