Saw a leaflet displayed at the hospital- contacted Shivakem via email as they are my local chemist and I've been going to them for a number of years- within 5mins of my email I received a call Confirming that they are able to help me and I should bring the child straight there. I couldn't be grateful enough as Shreena saved over 8 hours of my life life waiting at the A&E !! The child was seen to more or less within 5mins of me getting him there, after a check up- medication issued! If only this service was available years ago it would have saved soo many hours of waiting and stress for people likes of myself and lesson the burden on the crippling NHS hospital A&E. There is parking outside their building, while the pharmacy is on the ground floor and close to the entrance. My father was seen to immediately as there wasn't anyone ahead of him in the queue.
