“I have been visiting M and R barbers for at least 8 years now. Myself and my son have a re-occurring appointment with Raff or one of his skilled barbers. I have found the staff patient and accommodating with regards to my own time keeping and the temperament of my once toddler-aged son. Raff is passionate about his craft and engaging in conversation. I have enjoyed the beverages on offer during my many visits. I find the process almost automated due to the ease of picking a slot on the app and a barber waiting upon our arrival. We have regular haircuts and I have now added a beard trim to the booking. My father-in-law who lives in the north of the country still books in to see Raff during his regular visits(which is a review unto itself) There is always a smile on our faces leaving the barbers due to its relaxing environment and quality haircuts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend M and R barbers to anyone in the Guildford area.”

“Visited the Runnymede hospital mainly for physio. My allocated physiotherapist was Joseph who has been amazing. He really listened to me throughout my visits and adjusted my exercises to match my many varied needs. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, in addition to exercises he also told my about shockwave therapy which is a noninvasive therapy (much better than blanket steroid injections typically offered by other therapists for pain management) and promotes actual healing. If I ever needed physiotherapy again I wouldn’t hesitate to book an appointment with Joseph. Thank you so much for everything!”

The outcome is a severe infection, suspected meningitis. We, worried parents, drove to Guildford as soon as we found out that he was in hospital. “Hi i shopped in Guildford JD this morning paid with cash , 2 young women served me and kept me waiting for ages going through the notes not just once but about 3-4 times then they said It was against the Law to accept a note with a bit of writing on it ( no it isn't i checked with my bank ) , then 1 went off for ages to “ check “ it was ok , their attitude was disgraceful made me feel like i was doing something wrong , ive shopped in there for years but never been made to feel like that or kept so long being served , very shoddy customer service .”

“I went into st.peters a few weeks ago now. Just wanted to thank all the women on the Cedar ward and the nurses in SDEC. I was only there for 4 nights but was amazed at how hard they work and how kind they are to the patients. i was quite nervous to be staying overnight as it’s my first time ever being in hospital for myself and you all played a part in making me feel safe and calm. thank you again!”
