“I have a male American Akita, amazing temperament but huge and double coated. We had used 3 different dog groomers before trying Day of the Dog. In everyone of them I had to push my dog in , pulling him all the way into the room. For me and by dog Day of the Dog is not just a groomer service. It’s the friendly environment. Ari (my dog) and myself always feel welcomed. Ari is looking forward to his sessions and he is now the one pulling to get in. I trust them completely not just because of the excellent service they provide but also because of the care and affection they show to my dog. I totally recommend them and I wouldn’t change them for the world.”

“I absolutely love Aura London and this hairdressers. I was really anxious about finding a new hairdressers as I have had bad experiences in the past when changing my salon. However, my best friend recommended me Aura hairdressers and after my first appointment I never looked back. The staff including the owner Jade are absolutely lovely and the whole experience is 10/10.Tea with cookies serves on arrival. Valentina and Jade the owner has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and I always leave the salon feeling like a new woman with the best haircut around. They both listens to my ideas, suggests what would suit me, and always checks i am ok with the cut before styling. We also have the best chats during the sessions and I always look forward to my haircuts. Always an amazing cut and at an affordable price too. “Absolutely fantastic service! Bought our Spaniel in for a full service groom a few days ago. Really lovely and warm reception on entry and felt instantly that he was in good hands! I told Taylor he had been having some ear issues for the past few days and she gave them a full deep clean. As soon as I picked him up he was full of beans & so happy, he looked so fresh and youthful again. He also smelt really lovely! Best thing was he had no more head shaking or ear issues after his groom, such a relief! Can't thank them enough! Great service, beautiful groom and really lovely staff. Definitely recommend. “Yesterday, I had a hydro facial with Parul. She was attentive throughout the whole treatment - explained every step to me and made me feel very relaxed. My skin feels so soft and is very bright and it’s only the second day - she tailored the treatment to my own needs which I really appreciate And made me feel very comfortable and secure in her hands. I feel like it’s hard to trust people when it comes to skin if they don’t care about your results and she definitely did. If you’re going to book a treatment with anyone here, let it be her.”

“Always an amazing experience! My go to place for a Thai aromatherapy message and I normally come with my hubby and we do 1.5hrs. Yai and Nicky are both incredible and this experience was no different. I currently have a hamstring injury that Yai really spent time working on but still managed to give a thorough full body experience and managed to work out a lot of the knots. My husband said the same. Both are incredible at massages and we left feeling like new people! The beds are also heated as is the oil which is so nice and relaxing. The rooms are clean and the exterior noise so minimal and there is relaxing music playing. All the staff at Serena Beauty and Spa are always welcoming and friendly and they are always consistently great in their services. Highly recommend A****** experience. Thank you!”
