“I recently had Botox treatment with Dr.Arti Sharma for my bruxism and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the very first moment, she made me feel completely at ease . She has such a gentle and caring way about her that instantly takes away any nerves. She took the time to explain everything in simple terms, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how the treatment would work. The actual injections were surprisingly quick and virtually painless , her hands are so light you barely feel it happening. It’s now been a few weeks since the treatment, and the results have been fantastic. My jaw feels so much more relaxed, I’m no longer waking up with headache and I can genuinely feel the tension has eased in my jaw muscles, which is such a relief after struggling with this for so long. Arti also offers a wide range of facial aesthetic treatments, and it’s clear she has a real passion for what she does. She listens, understands your concerns, and never rushes the process , you always feel like you’re in safe hands. “A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. “I recently attended and saw Sarra Mohamed for a teeth clean. It had been a few years since I had been for a clean and always get worried when the day arrives. Sarra and her assistant were very polite, friendly and welcoming. Going to the dentist is always an anxious experience, as I’m sure it is for most. Sarra was exceptional in the way she worked. It was efficient and top quality. Due to me not attending for some time, I had plaque build-up walking in, but walked out looking bright, white and sparkling. Sarra was very informative, gave great advice (mouth wash before and don’t rinse after brushing) about things I didn’t know before. Her session was quick, informative but also just a lovely experience all around. I would highly recommend the clinic, but Sarra in particular, for her professionalism and attention to detail. “Modern , well organised professional dentist. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I admittedly missed an appointment due to having COVID , the clinic were very understanding and a new appointment was made . I love the ease of their website, it is very easy to use and very handy to make appointments and you can pick your own time slots. The clinic will send you reminders a few days before hand just in case you forget and confirmation emails. Reception are brilliant with enquiries. I'm not a lover of going to the dentist but here I do feel comfortable and in good hands. Dr Freddie is Amazing, he always explains what he is doing and how long it will take which helps put my nerves at ease, He is genuine and very caring. His knowledge and dedication to dentistry is out standing. Overall you couldn't ask for a better service with amazing empathetic staff. Ample parking right outside with disabled access.”
