Dave gave me a diagnostic print out as soon as he had tested the battery and explained everything clearly. He even asked to listen to my car start up to make sure there was no delay in that which all reassured me. He gave me advice about recharging my battery and how to get my intermittent fault sign checked at any garage. Not knowing what to expect and being somewhat daunted by the appointment I was instantly put at ease by Dr Chakravorty, who was calm and warm and so kind. Sometimes I think we go to appointments and think it might be silly to do so but I was made to feel reassured that I wasn't wasting anyone's time and that I was absolutely doing the right thing to do. Dr Chakravorty and his lovely colleague, who's name regrettably I have forgotten, were so kind and explained all the different processes of the appointment clearly. I was sent video updates during the work and I was able to pick the car up in the afternoon. I only came across MCR via the reviews and I must say Matt's experience and knowledge was comforting in knowing my car was in good hands. The dreaded wet belt etc was changed in my MK3 Focus EcoBoost. The price was affordable in comparison to other 'specialist' in changing wet belts.”

You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”
