Had a look and a quick drive to understand better what I was saying. Frank said I needed a specialist and recommend one nearby (which I wasn't aware of). “I am a senior citizen and I want to show my gratitude by thanking the cab driver who brought me from Nortth London to Gatwick Airport early Wednesday morning 10/12/25. Driver was on time, polite and very professional. His driving was excellent - did not speed. At the Airport, he went beyond the call of duty by helping me to look for (which took some time as there were no trollies close by - very unusual for a major Airport) bring, and helped me to load my luggage on the trolley. I was really pleasantly surprised and grateful for his service. Not many cab/uber drivers do that these days.”
