“I was devastated when my dog broke his leg one late evening. Worried and anxious, I contacted Ctvet first thing in the morning and left a voicemail, hoping for a prompt response. From the easy user-friendly online appointment system to the friendly reception staff and the excellent, highly knowledgeabe and skilled sonographer (ultrasound technician) Karin Meeds who took her time with the scan, ensured my wife did not feel any discomfort and explained everything to my wife and I as she went along and had an excellent bedside manner. She then emailed the results of the scan to us within the hour just as she said she would. This is the place to go if you need an ultrasound scan. I recommend them to you without any hesitation and woudl happily go there again if ever I need a scan. Indeed, I would look forward to it. Thank you Karin”

“I went to see Dr. Vishal recently regarding reflux and latching issues with my newborn. He was friendly, gentle with my boy, and highly informative in giving exercises to help my little one relieve discomfort after feeding. He took his time to explain everything to us and examine him which I was very grateful for. Lovely front of house staff too, would recommend to any parents who may be having issues a paediatric osteopath could help with.”

“I went to the well being clinic to help with sciatica and also persistent cold sore attacks. So far after just a few treatments my sciatica has improved and I have had no cold sores. Dr Chen is happy to explain what he’s doing and why and although it can be slightly uncomfortable as the acupuncture needles are being inserted, once in, the treatment is painless and relaxing. The option of buying the medicine is given at the end of the treatment but it is not a hard sell so I felt under no pressure to buy them. All in all I feel happy with my experience so far and intend to continue.”
