“I have been to rob twice in my life 1st time was because my panic attacks was so bad I couldn’t leave the house or even think about leaving the house, I spent a few hours with rob and after leaving I was still unsure if anything had worked it’s been 7 years since the first time I saw rob and not once have I slipped into a panic attack or not gone to places due to anxiety 2nd time I saw rob was to stop smoking.. again I was unsure if it was going to work because I had smoked for so long and built a habit out of it but again after a few hours with rob I left and it’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t smoked or picked up any cigarettes. He has changed my life twice and twice for the better I would highly highly recommend rob to anyone that mentions anything I know he can help with!!”

“I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. “I did not know that having your root canal done on a molar would be such a pleasurable experience. There are so many mixed opinions on this procedure but I guess they haven't met Carina Kong and her fine expertise assisted by dental nurse Nazi and supported by Fabiola and Francesca (aka sunshine) at the reception. State-of-Art equipment and savoir faire. Thank you for your kindness, mastery and joie de vivre. No pain afterwards and able to eat hot and cold a few hours later. “Although this review is long overdue, I wanted to share my experience. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.”

“Such a lovely vets! They have been seeing my Cat Bella since she was a kitten, they were brilliant with her from the day we first took her there and so caring. Bella was unfortunately given to me at 6 weeks old and wasn’t the healthiest but they brought her back to life and checked up on her with phone calls to see how she was. “Even though Vets are extremely busy at the moment you never feel rushed when with the vet. I took my 12 week old puppy in for a general check up and the vet was kind and very thorough. I have been with this veterinary practice for 16 months when I bought home my first puppy and they have been brilliant with her too. She has had some digestive problems and a reaction to stitches after an operation, they have always been kind, thoughtful and kept me informed. This happened through lockdown so was a very stressful time but they communicated with me by phone and emails and were amazing.”

“Exceptional! I had concerns about my car and wanted it checked. I called Fulfords and took it in the same day. They put it on the ramp and fully inspected. Then brought me to have a look and showed me what everything was. They clearly explained things and cause of the noise. Even came on a test drive with me to check as well! And no charge! Brilliant.”

“I came to Goodmans Auto after visiting three different garages that all failed to properly diagnose my car. I’d spent £50 here and £50 there on diagnostics, and no one could get to the bottom of it. Goodmans charged £110 for a diagnostic and honestly, it was worth every penny. They thoroughly checked the car multiple times, fixed what needed to be fixed, and made sure everything was right before handing it back. They don’t rush their work, and it really shows. The prices might be slightly higher than your usual backstreet garage, but for the quality of work, they’re actually very reasonable. I also get my MOT done here. Everything is straightforward, no dodginess, no nonsense, just honest, professional service.”
