“Really good place. Was easy to get to by 25 Bus.Went today (9/02/2020). For my back scan. Had my appointment at 9:30AM. Reached there by 8:45AM. Was seen at 9AM. Was given a patient safety questionnaire filled out the questions that were relevant to me. Then was told by the receptionist to take the questionnaire down to the Lower MRI room. From there only waited around 5 minutes where I was told by the radiographer to change into gown provided. Kept my valuables in the locker provided. Waited around 5 min to enter into the MRI control room where I was weighed. Was asked questions from the questionnaire. Was given full details of what to expect. Was given reassurance. I did get a bit scared at first as it felt like you are laying down in a coffin. They do give you a buzzer if you feel very scared. My results will be sent off to my GP within a week.”

“This is probably one of the best medical centers I’ve ever been to globally. Staff are efficient and always have a smile whilst they make sure that you are being looked after and more importantly that you are in the right place. There are multiple waiting rooms depending on where you needed to be and you will be guided to where you need to be so you are never lost. There are all the comfort facilities you require, and even make sure the temperature is correct as I’ve been here during winter and now into spring with both the heater and aircon on. They provide WiFi for guests and allow people to work on their laptops if required.”

“Car park is usually full but as people are coming and leaving it is worth just to drive up to have a look. I have never waited for the procedure/scan as the staff is very professional and try their best to serve all customers (patients) on time. If you feel nervous about anything (depends what kind of scan you need) just talk to the staff - they are very friendly and willing to answer any question. If you have any concern just tell them as they simply do listen and take all your concern seriously. I would prefer I had never needed their service but here we are, I had quite few scans already and I probably will but I must say the staff here make the experience much more pleasant - I always felt I was in good hands.”

I was very scared by the bad reviews I read after I booked, and I am now very pleased to give them a 5 star review, tell my friends about it and use their services again in the future.
