“We were only a few months into a very intentional relationship. However we were at the time only looking to see what rings we would like and what sizes we both had. It was at the end of our day and we were looking for a place to eat but came across Zen Diamond that was lit up and just went in for a look. Julia was very welcoming and sat us down and offered us some water. She was brilliant with connecting with us and asking the right questions about what we wanted in the engagement ring. We loved her energy and respect for us. We could see her passion in her role and dealt with us with great care and was very personable. It was a time that there were a lot of promotional offers and Julia helped to find us the wedding rings and engagement ring. We also had a challenging payment plan that we were able to make some adjustments to and settle within time. Julia is honest and truthful and gave great information about the fingers swelling in the summer. This is true and I was happy to share news of the official engagement with Julia. The other shop staff were welcoming and lovely too in all my other trips to make the payments. All the best with the team and the fact they offer to resize the ring was huge for us to choose Zen Diamonds. Also the fact they held the rings in a safe for us on a special request and then provided a nice incognito bag to disguise the goods helped.”

I booked in for a hygienist clean with Louise and was quite nervous given I haven't had a clean in YEARS (shocking, I know). Straight away, she put me at ease and was very warm and welcoming - talking through what she was doing during the treatment and why (which I found very helpful). I've already booked my next clean with Louise as now it doesn't feel like theres much to be worried about anymore! As a slight aside, the reception stuff are a great help and are happy to take the time to talk through any queries you may have!”

“Took my 911 to Onyx to have the springs changed for a set of 20mm lowered Eibachs. Really friendly service, a nice clean unit and Ben kept me fully up to date on everything going on. Received the car back and although the job took a lot longer than they thought, they only charged me a bit more. Still a very good price compared to what independent Porsche garages wanted, and the Onyx facility looked a lot better than most of those too. Really pleased with how the car looks now, and the handing/ride hasn't been adversely affected - it really feels planted to the road now. While I was there I couldn't resist a run on the dyno, something I've not done for many years! Definitely a lot of fun, and nice to get a graph to put with the folder of my car, along with the videos of it on the rollers. If you have a performance car definitely do this if you are local. All in all, a great bunch of lads with a nice business/facility going, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Thanks!”
