“A very wonderful experience in a Nepalese restaurant was what I was looking for! I could find the authentic taste of the Newari set which was full of flavours. The sekuwa was juicy and flavoursome. The taste of momo was just like the momo in Nepal. The food service was very quick. The staffs were very kind and polite to us, especially Poonam who was helping us! Loved the hospitality. Highly recommended.”

After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout.”

The food is competitively priced with other restaurants in the area, but the portions are generous, with a wonderful menu that will have you struggling to make a choice quickly, and quality is unrivalled! Expect to pay around £30 per head with drinks, which was, in my opinion, excellent value. I wouldn’t only recommend this restaurant, but advise anyone in, or visiting Filey to enjoy a dining experience here! Fantastic!!”

“My family and I had a great time. Our waiter was patient and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Coconut Kare with fish - vibrant coconut and lime flavors, buttery fish, and slow building heat perfect for me. Our table also ordered the Gochujang Tofu and Yaki Soba, both of which were fantastic. It’s been 7 years since I’ve at a Wagamama, and I gotta say, the menu has tremendously improved!”

“My husband and I love ordering from here. We probably order 1-2x a month! The food is always delicious, fresh and well presented. One of the best places to order from in the area! My husband always calls after making an order on UberEats to edit his burger, Himanshu always picks up the phone and has excellent customer service. “Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”

From the moment we arrived, Jade made sure we were well looked after and checked in on us with such a friendly attitude. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and delivered at just the right time. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything felt well-organised. Overall, a really pleasant experience and a great start to our day. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I booked this hotel for one week, and I was especially impressed with the receptionist, Nadia, who was so friendly and kind. However, when my key didn’t work, one of the ladies, who is a supervisor, didn’t help me and told me to wait until the reception people arrive. I waited more than 15 minutes. It was not a great experience, but after that, Nadia helped me so much and let me into my room. The hotel's location is great, and the reception staff are very kind and lovely.”
