“It was my birthday meal and everything was perfect. The pork belly bites are like candy that is sticky and melts in your mouth at the same time. My friend has mushrooms on toast to start and they were yummy with the combo of shrooms and that sauce. We then both had burgers - she beef and me chicken and they were excellent. They were very accommodating she didn’t want the bacon on hers but I did. The fries were so good and stayed hot for a long time. I also had an Islay old-fashioned - heavenly. We didn’t have room for dessert but they brought us out a couple of brownie bites and the were divine. I would definitely eat here again.”

“Our favorite restaurants in Orpington and we go there often. The lobster dish is absolutely delicious and perfect for two people to share. The best we had for a lobster dish. Lots of good seafood dishes that you won’t find in other restaurants around here. The salads is delicious that even I who isn’t a big fan of salad like it. Their children menu is also good. We particularly like the nutritious and healthy fish and veggies dish for our son. He cleared the whole plate. Very friendly staff and chefs. The price is very good too for what you get. Highly recommend it.”

“Wow! Amazed today coming into the five bells It’s been taken over by new owners and they are absolutely lovely! Me and my partner got the bells beef burger each with bacon and cheese bacon was perfectly crispy burger was lovely! Was sooo nice. And we got onion rings too honestly amazing food and such a lovely family pub. Have play slides for the kids a huge garden nicely decorated. Such a warm feeling when walking in we have now booked in for a Sunday roast. And can’t wait to try it, also the house wine is divine and got price! This will now be our ongoing local. X”

The portions were generous, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented, even for takeaway. I especially loved the balance of seasoning – rich, savory, and aromatic without being heavy. The noodles were silky, the stir-fried veggies had just the right crunch, and the sauces tied everything together so well. You can tell a lot of care goes into the cooking. The service was just as impressive – friendly, quick, and efficient. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and right on time. It honestly felt like restaurant quality dining from the comfort of home. This has become my go-to spot for Asian food. If you’re craving something comforting, flavorful, and reliable, look no further – this takeaway truly deserves all 5 stars ! “Absolute little gem in Green Street Green. Had 4 lunches this week and loved every single one. Menu is so different from all the rest of the other cafés. Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. Had a different dessert every day, felt spoilt for choice. The best carrot cake I've ever eaten, and the blondie and the brownie... My partner had not fried, but baked big breakfast and absolutely LoVe it. Noticed owner knew his customers by name, very special for me. And the coffee is indeed the best. We will miss not working in the area and getting fed by Belmondo”

There was a small delay with the food being served at that particular time due to a wake being held in another private room but we were kept informed and apologies were offered. Would recommend The Chelsfield Arms.”

“A really lovely local pub.We received a warm welcome from the Land Lady (on my very first visit today) and from the regulars who constantly fed my Golden Retriever with treats. Next time, I won't bother to feed him beforehand!! I will certainly be returning, especially as it's in walking distance.”

“What a lovely cosy place , perfect for families. Visited them with my family for a dinner. Staff was courteous and they don’t push meals on you. You can relax and enjoy your food in luxury of your time. We loved all what we order right from drinks , tapas , mains and sundaes . Fired chicken with Bombay spices was extraordinary and I loved the bang bang chicken with noodles the most. Will revisit soon. Thanks”

“Managed to get a last minute booking for Sunday lunch and how happy I was that we did. From the minute we arrived and were welcomed, by Joel our waiter, the experience just got better and better. Joel was lovely and so good with the children as well. Advised us on food options and very courteous and friendly. And the roast dinner was just amazing, I had lamb rump, 2 of us had the trio of roast and 1 had the pie of the day. Food was absolutely great, best roast dinner I have had for years. Will be back.”

“Our last walk of the year on the 30th Dec 2023, resulted in us having a small refreshment stop here. We were warmly welcomed, upon entering this gem of a traditional pub. The menu looked to be a great choice of the usual pub food. I'll note here that there's a large selection of pies. Which included their Festive December Pie. We weren't hungry on this occasion so chose their basket food, which was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. The rest room facilities were clean and tidy, and I'll note the men's was larger than most for this area. A queue for these would be a rare thing I'd say. In summary a cosy atmosphere, and warm unlike many pubs I've visited recently. I am looking forward to another walk in this area, so I can try out the pies of The George and Dragon.”

“The best burger joint to get mouth watering burgers! Was served by Rafi who works there and overwhelmed by the service. The interior deisgn is instagram pic worthy and the flooring design I have never seen with all sort of pink swirly patterns. Very chilled out and atmospheric enviroment. If you haven't already been there I suggest you go now and try "The Brisket Burger" its out of the world!”

If you're searching for the most authentic, flavour-packed Indian meal, look no further! This was, without a doubt, the most flavoursome Indian food I’ve ever had. The Lamb Tikka Phall was fiery and rich, bursting with bold spices yet beautifully balanced. The Chicken Chat Puri Starter (extra hot!) delivered a delightful kick with succulent, well-seasoned chicken wrapped in soft, warm puri—perfection! The Keema Rice was another knockout, infused with deliciously spiced minced meat and the perfect amount of heat. Every dish was cooked to absolute perfection, the sauce was thick and indulgent, the meat was tender and full of flavour, and everything arrived hot and steaming, just as it should. Timing was spot on, proving that they care about both quality and service. Of course, the papadam added that satisfying crunch to round off an unforgettable meal. “Ordered late night delivery from these guys and the service was great! I ordered over the phone, the guy at the restaurant forgot which pizza I wanted an extra on and called back to confirm. Most places wouldn’t have bothered and probably get the order wrong! My pizzas were delivered by a lovely lady named Kalsoom. They also provide card payment upon delivery! Always great food, great customer service! Keep it up guys”
