“Lovely pasta with tomatoe sauce. Very friendly Staff. Service was very good when it was very busy. Pasta arrived within 10 mins,and was very hot. Nice cold 7up free with nice clean glass. Spoke to Manager,and told him restaurant was run brilliant,and to keep up the good work 10/10. He was very happy,and offered me a free strawberry ice cream. Good karma is always rewarded.”

The venue is lovely the food is fresh, succulent and mouth watering with their own twist in every dish (who knew pomegranate went so well with a breakfast). “What a lovely old school Italian restaurant that is reminiscent of how original family restaurants were years ago. Staff are so welcoming in true Italian fashion from the moment you enter, and I have never been asked anywhere so fast if I want a drink! All food that comes out of their kitchen is cooked fresh and with heaps of love - the salmon and crab duo starter kicks the flavours off, and the scallops are big, fresh and cooked in an eclectic harmony of flavours of wine, cream and stock. Even the accompanying rice is firm, meaty and also cooked in the same. Meal for three and with bread, wine, water and service under £150 which is pretty reasonable for all what we had.”

“We had THE BEST lunch at The White Cross Inn. We had just been to the pumpkin patch down the road and this was the perfect way to end a nice autumn day.
