“It would have been good to have an earlier appointment, but the appointment I was given was kept almost to the second, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. The GP was reassuring and took action on my health concerns quickly - including referral for minor surgery within two days at Parchmore itself. I'm a regular and high demand for services can sometimes cause stress in the system, but today was perhaps the best experience I've had of a UK GP surgery for years.”

“I have belonged to this surgery for the over 30yrs and seen many changes and not for the better. I have not personally had any negative interaction with the reception staff but I know patients who have. To get through on the phone for an appointment is a nightmare so I now use my NHS App. which is far quicker and easy to get an appointment. The only reason my husband and I continue to use Plumstead Health Centre is because of Dr Gupta. She is a brilliant doctor. She is a caring doctor. She doesn’t have the prescription written out while you are still talking to her. Because she is so popular you may have to wait a bit longer to see her. All the time she is there I will continue to be a patient of Plumstead Health Centre.”

There is also storage space, a kitchen and w.c. plus a separate room for talking therapies Everything is well maintained, clean and secure. Ideal for transport links, with ample parking nearby. A variety of therapies on offer to attract new clients and everyone is friendly and supportive towards each other. I have made some good friends and am really happy working from here.
