“I went to see Dr Vesna for Accupuncture at short notice (same day on a Saturday) due to some severe movement limitation in my neck and shoulder from a muscle sprain. She was fantastic and welcoming and considering how I walked in (hunched and in pain) I left feeling a lot better with a lot of movement restored. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend! “I had my K1 Visa Medical Interview with Steve today who is an incredible GP. Very Friendly, made the entire process from something that stressed me out to complete ease. Excellent blood draw and remarkable people skills. Explained the processes clearly so nothing was a surprise. I cannot possibly be more satisfied with my experience today. It's a shame he's not my actual GP! The Receptionist was polite and very helpful. I also had a good experience with the Nurse regarding my history and vaccine options. He was seen asap for triage and not long after for treatment and dressing. They put Lister hospital to shame with how quick they were. The staff were all very helpful and very good. Your care, kindness and speed was very much appreciated. *Update* We've been back a few times to their burns ward for redressing and checks (I've also redressed at home to) and they have been great and very thorough. And got nurses to take blood pressure and blood etc. I had a CT Scan I was treated with a lot of kindness as I am a 79 year old lady . I can’t pride them enough. And can’t stop thinking about the lovely nurses and doctors that work so hard .”
