“Great nursery. Facilitates are great, especially the big garden which has a climbing frame, fish pond, sandpit, guinea pigs. They even had incubated chicks earlier in the year. The staff are great and have been working there for years which is always a good sign. My daughter loves it.”

“Our daughter has been full time at Bumble Bees for 18 months and it is a truly wonderful nursery. She is surrounded by love and care and she has deep bonds with several of the staff. Since starting the pre-school group in September her development has been really noticeable. The activities are varied and interesting and our daughter relishes the learning. We feel very lucky to have found Bumble Bees and are grateful for the fabulous, professional and extremely kind staff. I wholeheartedly recommend the nursery to others.”

“I looked at a few nursery's for our daughter but I knew i had found the one for us when I visited Little Rosies. It is quite simply the best start all round that we could have wanted for her. Family run, the whole team are dedicated to the children and the success of the nursery lies in the clear commitment, enthusiasm, open communication and dedication of the staff and the ethos - which is the perfect balance between giving the kids clear boundaries and structure combined with warmth, fun and creativity/learning. Rose is very creative with themes and ideas and great at encouraging focus. Nancys cooking is eclectic and loved by all. My daughter has absolutely loved her time there. She is set up and ready for school and we will be forever grateful to Rose, Catia, Nicole and Nancy for everything they have done. We will miss our time there and highly recommend the nursery.”

“My daughter has been attending Stanmore BLS since last Sept and she loves the carers, other kids and the Milkyway room itself. She tells is what she played with on a nursery day, how she put her coat on/off etc. She has a lovely rapport with her key worker and all other carers too. She gets excited at the mention of Nursery! She is soon moving up to Orion and the team have arranged frequent visits to the room in advance so she settles easier - she seems to love the new room and I can see from the room visit that she will have a play-adventure everyday. Also happy with the webinars and learning resources BLS offer - I just attended the potty webinar this week and on the back of that we will soon be ready to implement the tools and advice to our daughter.”

“Came today on route to France with my son (ADHD/Autism). We had an amazing time. No issues on arrival with his ticket and me having an essential carer (proof provided). All the animals were out in the open for us to view and all seemed well looked after - I didn’t witness any pacing of the big cats like I’ve seen at other zoos - they were all quite content relaxing in the sun. The place was clean too, and plenty of staff around for help if needed. The gift shop was actually quite reasonably priced, too. The best bit was the Lemur experience - I had booked the Lemur experience for my son, and a huge shout out to Jess who helped us feed the Lemurs. The experience was over and above what was expected, and Jess was informative and patient. The lemurs themselves were extremely friendly and obviously very well cared for.”

All the members made his adaptation very easy and pleasant, so much that the first week when I came to pick him up, he was crying because he didn't want to leave. We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us. “Like all parents, I was anxious about sending my 1 yr old daughter to nursery when I returned to work but I didn’t need to worry – the nursery is a real gem & she loved it from day one. Little Aisha has a warm, friendly, family feel and the staff genuinely care about the kids. Our daughter really bonded with her key workers in butterfly and caterpillar room . We couldn’t ask for more in terms of the support, love & attention she receives.”

“We’ve sent both our DS to this nursery over the last 3 years. The consistency of care is fantastic; same consistent carers mean they have really taken care and helped our sons to develop. They worked with us through any “leaps”, teething or potty training situations. The chef David has been amazing, catering to their dietary needs (vegetarian, no onion/ garlic) with a smile and enthusiasm. The boys over the years have really enjoyed each day and their time especially with the Montessori approach. We get verbal feedback at the end of each day (whether a quick brief or more detailed as required). We loved that the boys were taken outside to the green common next door whenever feasible and were exposed weekly to music afternoons and exercise / sport sessions. They come back having painted, played, read books, learnt about culture and everything in between. The carers have been amazing - Kim, Rosa, Camilla, Lucy, Tiana, Prima, Cara, Leena, and recently Saheeda - we’ve known most of these over the last 3 years if not all of them (and they are still there!) - that consistency of presence and care has been incredible in providing a “second home” to our children. They know our boys, and saw them grow up from less than 12 months of age to 3 years. It was a really warming and caring environment which helped nurture our sons at such a young age. The love given to them (even at their worst times) was and has been invaluable. We’ve (all of us) had a truly happy experience with the fortune green team. From our perspective and from what I heard from parents at other nurseries, this is the one of the best nurseries in West Hampstead; despite others perhaps being more convenient location wise, or “newer”. Finally, this review has not come as a one-off assessment or as a new parent who recently joined; it’s over 2-3 years of experience with two very different type of DS. Thank you to the fortune green team for being there with us for our boys; my wife and I will not forget our time together and for ALL the right reasons. Lots of love S&K, A&V.”

“Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”

“My daughter has been going to this nursery since we came out of the first lockdown and she absolutely loves it. We haven't had any negative experiences or reasons to complain. The first time we went to view the nursery, we were amazed at the space the children have to play and explore. The staff are always welcoming and ready to have a chat about your child's progress. A lot of times when my daughter comes back from nursery, she role plays her experience with her dolls and teddy bears like she is teaching them, that really helps me to see how she is developing. I am grateful for the teachers and the work they are doing. As a parent, I have the comfort in knowing that Ethelred Nursery is providing the best environment for my daughters growth right now.”

My child struggled to settle in a previous nursery, but here he quickly felt comfortable and was happily staying for 5 hours. “A great school, nurturing but at the same time challenging children’s capabilities, whilst teaching solid Christian ethos. During lockdown the school carried on teaching via zoom every day, which was amazing and very important for the children's development. My son loved going to BWI :-)”

“My daughter has been at The Pickford since she was 9 months old and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! All of the staff have been fantastic and my daughter loves going to nursery. They’ve helped my husband and I as first time parents to understand the different milestones, set realistic goals and handle dealing with tantrums! The nursery has such a wonderful family feel to it and has helped my daughter gain skills, confidence and make fantastic friends (with the other children and staff!). A great, welcoming environment and I am so happy and comfortable sending my child in everyday. We could not recommend enough!!”

“My daughter has been attending little cubs for over 6 months and she loves it. She seems very happy and I’m really pleased with how much effort the staff clearly put into activities and keeping the classes entertained! They offer opportunities for parents and grandparents to visit and read books which I have really enjoyed as I get to meet the whole class! They do evening online classes for parents to learn about sleep and food from specialists. My daughter seems to love the food and eats all sorts of things she doesn’t try at home so I’m pleased she is getting that variety. The staff spend a good amount of time with you at the end of the day letting you know all about your child’s day which I really appreciate. Overall just a fantastic experience.”
