“Last week I took my Mercedes C350e Plug in Hybrid for a repair to Automerc Service, the car was jerking heavy when shifting from e-drive (electric) to engine, the transition wasn't smooth. When I got there, I explained the issue I was experiencing, and I was advised to have a diagnostic done to catch the fault. After the diagnostic, I was told the engine starter motor is faulty and the starter battery is faulty which needs replacing. I decided to go ahead with Automerc to carry out the repairs, and I can vouch that they have done a great job. The team was very helpful, one of the specialist who's name is Peter was very helpful and professional, he kept me well informed through out the whole process. I am really pleased with their service, did not waste any of my time, the repair was done on time and the car drives superbly well. I have been looking for a good Mercedes garage for a while and I think I have finally found one, I will definitely go back to them to service my car. Thank you for your service Automerc.”

The process was seamless and as soon as explained over emails the team, Saffron were able to help book in and get the whole thing diagnosed, report filed in with insurance and get the car back on the road.
