They replaced the battery and repaired the glass on my iPhone screen in a way that it retained its OEM status (if you replace the screen even with an original Apple part it will show a warning in the settings - another way for Apple to charge inflated prices). The phone is now like new, and no warnings in the operating system. Today they have repaired my PS5 and a faulty controller. All done to the highest quality and same day service. “Was served by Ben this afternoon at the acorn industrial estate branch! I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair! However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn’t wouldn’t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn’t have been told this. Many thanks again Ben.”
