“I came to Goodmans Auto after visiting three different garages that all failed to properly diagnose my car. I’d spent £50 here and £50 there on diagnostics, and no one could get to the bottom of it. Goodmans charged £110 for a diagnostic and honestly, it was worth every penny. They thoroughly checked the car multiple times, fixed what needed to be fixed, and made sure everything was right before handing it back. They don’t rush their work, and it really shows. The prices might be slightly higher than your usual backstreet garage, but for the quality of work, they’re actually very reasonable. I also get my MOT done here. Everything is straightforward, no dodginess, no nonsense, just honest, professional service.”

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Fairway Tyres . I booked in my scooter for an MOT & all of a sudden the fuel tank & pipe broke down & leaked everywhere. The Scooter is over 20 years old . Now Fairway do not repair motorcycles however, the whole garage went above and beyond the call of duty & 7 days later I was able to ride the scooter out repaired & MOT’d . Tony explained the whole process to me so I felt quite comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. Unlike the car's main dealership, which wanted to charge a packet for cleaning a headlamp and change a front wiper. Recommended.”

“P&P are absolutely exemplary! From the onset, I was treated with the upmost kindness and respect from Kim, when I called in for an MOT on my car that was overdue and I was kindly booked in for an appointment on the same day. Unfortunately my car failed the MOT due to airbag concerns but I was given a detailed explanation of the severity of the fault, so I could make an informed decision about how I wanted to proceed. Because of the time and care they took to explain the issues and the options I could take, I decided to book my car in with them for the repairs needed. Though, because of the severity and potential dangers of an airbag fault a specialist had to be called into diagnose the specific actions that needed to be taken to fix it. Turns out I needed to have all 4 seat belts in my car replaced but had I sourced this brand new, it would have costed me £1700, for the seat belts alone. But Kim, who was absolutely amazing, managed to source some very good quality belts, order them, have them fitted in my car and complete my MOT for significantly LESS than the price of the brand new seat belts alone. And just to top it off, this was all completed in a week! So all in all, P&P are outstanding! Their customer service and quality of work is impeccable and I would highly recommend that anyone and everyone comes here as they provide quality, dedication and care that is often hard to find these days. Staff are truly kind and take care with their jobs, ensuring that you are updated and understand at each step of the process. They are truly fantastic, and I will be back for my future MOT's and service!”

“The Volvo team at Croydon has been absolutely amazing—especially Hannah, who is truly an asset to the company. I booked my Volvo XC90 in for a full service and a health check. The car passed the health check, apart from an issue with the ERAD system, which I understand is a common problem. I’m hopeful that Volvo will assist with the cost of this repair. The pricing was reasonable overall. My vehicle also had a recall related to the battery, and unfortunately, it failed. Hannah promptly informed me that the battery would be replaced under the recall scheme at no cost, which was a relief. Since I rely on the car for school drop-offs and daily commuting, Hannah kindly arranged a courtesy car for me. Another impressive touch was the video link they sent, showing a detailed inspection of my car and outlining any necessary work—very professional. I will definitely continue servicing my car at this location. The team is honest, straightforward, and never pushy—just genuine people providing great service. I’m happy to recommend them.
