“The teachers at Mara are very caring and professional. They are patient and cheerful to the kids. The room that my toddler stays is a large room. He has many toys to play with and much space to move around. The teachers will bring the kids out to the park when the weather is good. Occasionally, they will visit specific places in the neighbourhood to engage in the community. The food prepared by the Mara' chef seems to be delicious and healthy as my little one finishes them quite often. I particularly appreciate them using different ways to encourage my little one to walk such as handholding him, praising him etc. They update me on anything that happens to my toddler. While I have a busy full-time job, I feel that I can fully count on them to look after my little one.”

“Our son, who is 2yrs old now, has been at Beaumont House full time since he was 11 Months old. We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us. He loves doing messy play, singing, playing in the garden and participating to lots of the experiences that it is proposed!”

“Like all parents, I was anxious about sending my 1 yr old daughter to nursery when I returned to work but I didn’t need to worry – the nursery is a real gem & she loved it from day one. Little Aisha has a warm, friendly, family feel and the staff genuinely care about the kids. Our daughter really bonded with her key workers in butterfly and caterpillar room . We couldn’t ask for more in terms of the support, love & attention she receives.”

“We’ve sent both our DS to this nursery over the last 3 years. The consistency of care is fantastic; same consistent carers mean they have really taken care and helped our sons to develop. They worked with us through any “leaps”, teething or potty training situations. The chef David has been amazing, catering to their dietary needs (vegetarian, no onion/ garlic) with a smile and enthusiasm. The boys over the years have really enjoyed each day and their time especially with the Montessori approach. We get verbal feedback at the end of each day (whether a quick brief or more detailed as required). We loved that the boys were taken outside to the green common next door whenever feasible and were exposed weekly to music afternoons and exercise / sport sessions. They come back having painted, played, read books, learnt about culture and everything in between. The carers have been amazing - Kim, Rosa, Camilla, Lucy, Tiana, Prima, Cara, Leena, and recently Saheeda - we’ve known most of these over the last 3 years if not all of them (and they are still there!) - that consistency of presence and care has been incredible in providing a “second home” to our children. They know our boys, and saw them grow up from less than 12 months of age to 3 years. It was a really warming and caring environment which helped nurture our sons at such a young age. The love given to them (even at their worst times) was and has been invaluable. We’ve (all of us) had a truly happy experience with the fortune green team. From our perspective and from what I heard from parents at other nurseries, this is the one of the best nurseries in West Hampstead; despite others perhaps being more convenient location wise, or “newer”. Finally, this review has not come as a one-off assessment or as a new parent who recently joined; it’s over 2-3 years of experience with two very different type of DS. Thank you to the fortune green team for being there with us for our boys; my wife and I will not forget our time together and for ALL the right reasons. Lots of love S&K, A&V.”

“Great staff, l remember when my baby got his BCG , it was a cold and rainy day but it ended up being a good day for my baby and l , the place was conducive for breastfeeding and relaxing and the staff were all so nice ,my baby was still a newborn and l was exhausted but that day my energy was boosted and made me more confident of going out and wanting to attend more class.”

“Wonderful grooming experience for my mini schnauzer, who had had a very distressing grooming experience prior to this which resulted in her getting stress colitis and having to have a course of antibiotics. This was the first time that she had been cut with a very sympathetic 'schnauzer 'cut. The groomer is very respectful of what the owner wants for their dog and in the care of the dog. I would highly recommend The Pet Club.”

“This place has many friendly staff, each cat had it own pen, which was clean and spacious. Are cat has been going all its life when ever we are away. He loves it. Covid stuff is handled really well. No need to get out of the car. ONE way system is in place to drive through. Very organized, and helpful. Highly recommend. Been using for years. Best I've ever seen, or found.”

“Victory will most certainly be staying here again! The staff were very attentive to her and made sure that she was fed and watered every day, while also ensuring her room was cleaned and she was given the opportunity to stretch her legs. They also picked up on her personality straight away and knew how to handle her. It was her first time at the cattery, and both I and her were very nervous, but the staff there made sure she was safe and sound the whole time. I have a very happy Victory back here with me now at home. Thank you to all at Oakley Cattery!”

“We visited Rust Bucket Pizza Co and were very impressed with the food. The pizza is some of the best I've tasted and had perfect air bubbles in the bread. We had a pizza with a burrata on it, what a treat, also a pepperoni which was delicious. The kids pizza was also very nice. The restaurant is in a covered outdoor area of the pub however the quality of pizza more than makes up for this. There is access to the pub and the pub garden with a play area. The play area and garden is only suitable for older toddlers+ due to being unkept. The service was reasonably good and the reception was very welcoming. If this setup was in a restaurant and not attached to a ropey pub I would have happily given it a five star rating.”

Couple of weeks before we are allowed inside but they have an area at the front and around the back for outside drinking Excellent service . Highly recommended for the ales and cider connoisseur..”

“I love this pub alot, great owner/bar staff, great atmosphere, old fashioned with beams n' all, fireplace, nice garden, a pool table and a jukebox. My only complaint is that there isn't a free cash machine in there because its cash only, I have to go to the local tesco just to get some out and have a drink”

“So you need to get your new born vaccinated? And you love somewhere within a 4 mile radius of tolworth? Then this is your centre. If you are driving there, please plan some additional time to find parking. Take your pram with you in case you have to walk a distance from where you parked to the centre. Situated right next to a school is this brilliant children's centre with absolutely amazing staff! We went in for a BCG and it was a breeze once we were inside. The staff was fantastic from welcoming and helping my pregnant wife with carrying the baby seat, guiding us to the waiting room, then the vaccination staff was intelligent and well informed on all things about the vaccine, explained all the potential side effects and how to care for the area that was vaccinated etc. all was done in less than 5 minutes. Wearing layers of baby clothes that are easy to remove and put back on would be ideal. I prefer the zip ones to the buttoned ones.”

“Very nice hall for upto 35 to 40 people. A kids birthday party was held. Nice car park to park around 10 cars. Kitchen and also small outdoor space available.”

“We love munchkins! It’s the best small soft play in the area. Really wonderful friendly staff who run the cafe and cook delicious food. Plenty of space for the children to play and also for the adults to sit down!! We have been visiting since our son was around 10 months old he’s now nearly two and it’s still great!! “I attended a party at the xcel sports hub on the 18th of October and was amazed by the venue and the staff the choice of drinks were good and the service from the staff was excellent and efficient I can’t remember attending a better run party thanks to everyone”

“I have been at the repair cafe and I was very happy with the repaired table lamp I brought. It was a friendly atmosphere and there were helpful people and an exchange of knowledge. The centre is a very good place to do some gymnastics and creativ courses too and its very easy und with a low budget to join. Thanks a lot to the whole team!”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”
