“The new lady working in the bakery section (Daria) is fantastic. Her area is always clean, she communicates in four languages and makes the experience an enjoyable one. She is particularly great with dealing with difficult customers that TFC attracts. The bakery section is always fresh when she is there, very clean and difficult to stay away from! It would be fantastic if she worked there day and night!”

“My go-to supermarket for freshly made naan bread. They have an oven at the rear of the store. Also has a huge selection of spices, dried fruits and nuts, in store butchers, plenty of other cultural foods catered for than just middle Eastern. Does great selection of baklava, Turkish delights, and other snacks for those with a sweet tooth. Fresh naan bread is £1 for 3. Friendly staff.”

This isn’t the first time she has attended to me, and each experience with her has been nothing short of excellent. The very first time I came here, the lift wasn’t working and I had very heavy luggage. I was stressed, but Rashmi handled the situation with so much patience, kindness, and calmness. She reassured me, made me feel completely at ease, and even arranged a room closer so that it wouldn’t be difficult or tiring for me. That thoughtful gesture has stayed with me. Since then, every time I’ve returned, Rashmi has always shown the same level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. She remembers guests, she listens, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable. People like Rashmi are the reason guests return.
