“Took my 911 to Onyx to have the springs changed for a set of 20mm lowered Eibachs. Really friendly service, a nice clean unit and Ben kept me fully up to date on everything going on. Received the car back and although the job took a lot longer than they thought, they only charged me a bit more. Still a very good price compared to what independent Porsche garages wanted, and the Onyx facility looked a lot better than most of those too. Really pleased with how the car looks now, and the handing/ride hasn't been adversely affected - it really feels planted to the road now. While I was there I couldn't resist a run on the dyno, something I've not done for many years! Definitely a lot of fun, and nice to get a graph to put with the folder of my car, along with the videos of it on the rollers. If you have a performance car definitely do this if you are local. All in all, a great bunch of lads with a nice business/facility going, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Thanks!”

“First of all I am absolutely stunned to read the negative feedback below! I couldn't have had a better or more enjoyable service than I received. I booked my 2020 M2 competition in for a minor service, from first contact with John i knew i was going ahead with him (even though id been quoted cheaper elsewhere) he booked me in within a week which was a big convenience. John discovered an issue with my car that should have been addressed before i even collected it brand new never mind when it went in for its 1200 mile RIS service... Some apprentice had left it in transport mode so John had no access to the iDrive to update... Sorted within 5 minutes of him informing me of his troubles. Collected the car this evening and had a good chat with John and Debbie, two great people and I will not hesitate to head back for any future needs! “Great, fast service. Had problem with the gear lever on my Citroen caught the guys just before they were closing Thursday evening. Ray knew exactly what the problem was. Took my reg so he could order the part needed asked me to pop back in the next day. Arrived test run and exact problem team thought it would be. Part arrived and fitted while I waited. An hour later I was on my way problem fixed. This is the second time I’ve dealt with Ray and his team. Definitely recommend them. Honest and friendly as a woman I hate having to visit garages. But felt very welcomed from the off. Thank you Ray and team”

“As surprised as I am, I have to give 5 stars! It was a great stay, considering it is a 3 star, budget hotel. Rooms were very clean, a bit tired but spotless. The carpet must have been laid out recently because it was still fluffy and soft. I loved the idea of open space underneath the bed as you can easily hoover under and there is no old dust lingering there. There was no musty smell in the rooms and the corridors smelled of fresh cleaning procucts. Our daughter praised the comfort of the kids bed (no springs digging in her body). The food was good, both dinner and breakfast, small buffet but sufficient enough for warm and cold options. I forgot to mention the welcome card on our desk and 2 christmas colouring cards for our daughter which is some serious 5 star hotel add on :) It wasn't perfect but it was surprisingly quiet for a full capacity and we enjoyed our stay throughoutly.”

Not only were they punctual and professional in getting him to the airport, but they also went above and beyond by ensuring he safely met his tutor inside the terminal. The driver accompanied my son to the meeting point, and even sent a confirmation along with a photo once they were safely together. The entire process was handled with great care and attention to detail. Their staffmember Tanya was very helpful and patient with me in going through a lengthy process with Customs and she worked well beyond closing time to complete all the necessary steps. Given what they had to do I thought their clearance fee was reasonable, even modest. I would certainly recommend them to everyone”
