“Two hours of free parking in this area with no strings attached is definitely a big plus. The store itself is quite large and offers a wide variety of products, which makes shopping convenient. The only thing I didn’t really like was the layout of the products — it felt different from other stores in the same chain, or at least that’s how it seemed during my visit”

    Waitrose & Partners Greenwich

“Waitrose at Greenwich is nice! Easy to get to. I actually wanted something that didn’t appear to be in stock and the staff member really went above and beyond for me, from checking the system, to checking out back etc. I was told that I had to come back in 2 days as I the I ten I wanted was not there but then that staff member really wasn’t happy and had another look and asked a Senior for help! Turns out there was a whole cart of the items waiting to be placed on the shop floor. So I collected what I wanted and it wasn’t a wasted journey. Really happy.”

“On the morning of Friday, August 29th, the bakery shift really nailed it with their bread. I’ve noticed over the past few months that the crust has been perfectly crunchy on the outside, but the dough felt a bit heavy, and there was a slight off smell, almost like it had been baked on an older table or dish. I didn’t buy bread every day, but when I did, it wasn't always the most enjoyable. However, I have to say, the morning shift on the 29th really made some fantastic baguette that day!”

“Always enjoying coming here as the staff is ever so friendly and polite. Special mention goes to Eliza, Daniella and Kian. Also, I greatly appreciate that the background music is quiet and never disruptive, so it allows for a nice break or a working routine. It faces the sunny side so it's always well lit by afternoon sunshine.”

“Huge selection, very chill, great soundtrack. I've stopped going to supermarkets cos they don't even reliably have basic vegetables, this place does it all- washing up liquid, coffee, milk and cheese, all of it. Guy behind the counter even gave me a dried fig for free. Love it!”

Their dedication and persistence were instrumental in retrieving my winnings from two lottery tickets, especially considering the challenges posed by the malfunctioning machines. “Great experience with Melanie from Reformation Battersea - She was incredibly helpful over the phone, taking the time to check if the item I was interested in was in stock in store. Unfortunately it was not, but it saved me the hassle of commuting across town. Her friendly and professional attitude made the process so easy, and I truly appreciated her effort.”
