She gave me a really thorough consultation, asking exactly what I wanted and explaining step by step what she was going to do. Without me even asking, she prepared a relaxing hair wash with a massage chair and footrest. I absolutely loved it! She completely turned my day around. Alexandra also told me about upcoming sales which was really helpful. I left feeling refreshed and happy with my hair wash, cut, and blow dry. Excellent service at a very affordable price.”

I got my hair cut with her earlier this year and she adapted what I asked for to go with my parting and it looked amazing. I went this weekend to dye my hair red and it looks better than I could have imagined I am beyond happy with it and would definitely reccomend. Fatima was genuinely warm and personable, and even took a moment to be sweet and engaging with my mom on FaceTime. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel really human and memorable. Service like that is exactly why I keep coming back to Wagamama.
