“I have been using Active Pet for the last 4 years both with my Labrador Retriever and Coonhound Cross, both of whom have had complex joint issues. Phillipa has been amazing and has made a huge positive impact on their quality of life in their later years. They are always happy to arrive and trot in for what we refer to as ‘spa day’. I would highly recommend her. Treatments have included hydrotherapy and laser therapy and a little incentivised homework of course.”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “Excellent trainer!!! After taking my puppy to several classes for training, I realised that it was not working and this is when I found Cherished Pets of Brentwood. Sherry is an excellent 1 on 1 trainer, within minutes of being around my 10 month old puppy, she knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Sherry has astonishing in depth knowledge on dogs which I have learned so much from. Our puppy is extremely hyperactive and Sherry had the patience’s for her and happily took me and the puppy through each step on what needed to be done. Mags even went to her day care and will be going back shortly for further session to socialise with other dogs. Throughout her day care session Sherry sent me updates on how she was getting on and looked after her as if she was one of her own. Thank you for all the help you have given me with the training.”

“After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!”

“We’ve been using Ace Dog Walking for years and I can’t recommend them highly enough - they care about the dogs so much - they are very experienced walkers and limit the number of dogs on each walk to a small group, unlike some other walkers to ensure they give each dog their full attention. Jen takes times to pair up doggies on each walks with their friends & my Labrador Ida absolutely loves going out with her pals. Jen is also amazing at late notice if I need something - she’s always there to help out. Her boarding service is great & she takes them out on lots of walks and gives them home from home comfort. Ace Dog Walking is the best dog walking team in London!”

“I cannot thank Nicola enough for everything she has done for myself and my hound Sherlock. Having used a dog walking service before, where he was ok, but never seemed overly impressed at being dropped there or collected, I now have the complete reverse and sometimes think he would rather stay with Nicola than come home! He bounds out to meet her in the mornings, and although happy to come home late afternoon, he still has time for licks and cuddles before she goes. Nicola really goes the extra mile, and I always have a tired happy pooch whenever she has had him, which has sometimes been impromptu where my diary has changed and she has helped at the last minute. “Do not hesitate to use Kensigton Hounds for any of your doggy needs. Drew is a fantastic puppy trainer. He is kind, patient and full of knowledge. He had so many helpful tips to make the first few months of puppy life stress free for the whole family. Drew always responded to messages and was a fountain of knowledge with any questions or concerns that I had. My dog absolutely loved training with Drew (he also taught me how to carry on teaching my dog with the tips and tricks to keep up the good work) The online store is full of great products and is delivered the same evening. “Absolutely brilliant service from Adam at Wolfit Tunbridge Wells today. We rang to cancel our regular delivery of dog food as we are moving away and asked for a recommendation for a similar high quality dog food that we might be able to find in Cambridge. Adam said to leave it with him. He rang back half an hour later and left us a message with the name of the independent pet shop that we should go to and what the name of the equivalent product was. “Absolutely wonderful service from Dog in Black for a number of years now. My Labrador Ted has been walked by them 3-4 times a week for at the last two-three years. The carers over that time have always been fantastic, very communicative and clearly experienced and dog lovers in general. For anyone interested in more of the details, for the standing arrangements where your pup is walked 3-4 times a week on similar/the same days they aim to have the same carer do all of their walks. Its a great setup which means that my dog builds a great relationship/bond with the walkers. Special shoutout to Becky, Alana, Louise and Madika who have all at various times been Teds primary walker and have always done an amazing job. They send you lovely updates after the walk every day, and when you're having a bad day in the office its always nice to get a few pictures/videos of your dog out there living his best life. They have always been very flexible and quick to respond on the administrative side and I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks to all of the team and I look forward to many more years of one seriously happy and tired Labrador when I get in from the office.”
