“I’ve been doing group swimming lessons at Kings Hall Leisure Centre for a while now, and I just realised I’ve never left a review even though I’m really happy with the service and staff! The pool might be a bit old and dated, but it’s always pretty clean, and everyone there is super friendly. My swimming teacher, Ileana, is honestly the best! I actually go there just because I enjoy her lessons so much. She makes every class fun and always mixes things up with diving, jumping, and different swimming styles to keep us excited. Thanks so much for giving me confidence in the water and for making learning to swim such a fun experience!”

“The staff are really friendly, and the place is really clean. I don't get why some people complain that it's not spotless 24/7, but keep in mind that not all members there have common sense to clean up after themselves, then times that by loads of other members that do the same, and the cleaners won't be able to keep up obviously. If the members were more respectful and not acting like children, then yes, the place would be always be spotless. Their website is a bit outdated and needs a big update, but that's not to blame on the staff behind the desk, probability to do with the council... So far this is the best gym I've been to, even if they have less equipments than places like Pure Gym or The Gym, it's way less crowded than there and the machines are quality too.”

“I’ve had a wonderful experience at Southbury Leisure Centre’s Better Me Gym. The facilities are top-notch and the environment is always welcoming. A big shoutout to Elena and Ahmet. Elena was incredibly helpful, offering great assistance and explaining all the gym facilities. Ahmet, the cleaner, was extremely professional. He took his time and didn’t rush, allowing me to use the shower at my own pace. I noticed he was doing a deep clean without cutting corners, which really shows his dedication to his work. Highly recommend this gym for its excellent service and supportive staff.”

He explained the membership prices clearly and took his time to make sure I understood everything, which meant a lot to me as I have a learning disability.
