Alloways in Putney helped me find the size of wood which would work best for my home project, then cut my wood to my amateur measurements, and finally taped it all up so it was easy to carry. Couldn't have asked for more. The bodge joinery is all down to me and, as professional joiners will have noticed, there's a lot of teak stain/varnish to compensate :0).”

And it’s the perfect size so you can get a few mins to have your coffee in peace as you can always see where they are . “Great place to hire a venue. I have just organised a Teens party in the Alexandra Hall and everything worked perfectly well. The communication with all parties involved was excellent, and the venue has everything for a great party: large space, as many tables and chairs as you need, a mini kitchenette, enough sockets on the wall and a lift to carry everything to the Hall. We managed to fit in an Inflatable photo booth, a long table for 30, extra tables for activities and a dancing area with a DJ. Definitely a venue that to know about if you are local…or not, as it has easy access from the A4 and the A316.”

“Had a wonderful first time seeing a show here with my family. Staff were friendly, jugs of water and glasses available at the bar, they had tampons in their toilets which I thought was amazing- I don't think I've ever gone to a place before that provides tampons! When we got to the upper floor seats I booked, there was a handwritten note welcoming us which I thought was really thoughtful of them especially considering how busy they must be with the holiday rush! The view was great and the seats were comfy- I found I had enough leg room (I'm 6'1ft) to enjoy a 2 hour and 40 minutes show in comfort. Because of seat availability, my brother was seated away from us in a lower floor seat. He said the view and comfort was outstanding and that he felt like he was part of the show because of how close he was to the stage! I do believe that you would have a good view whichever seat you're in, from what I could tell there was no seats with restricted views. Can't wait to return to this beautiful theatre in the new year!”

“I worked in London for about two years and was staying near Tangawizi. I ate there a couple times a week many many times over that two year time frame. I absolutely love it there. The food is phenomenal and always has the highest quality ingredients. The service is exceptional as well. Eight years later, we returned to the UK for my 60th birthday and I wanted to visit them again due to the fond memories I had. Our dinner this evening was just as phenomenal as ever. The flavors and freshness of the ingredients was incredible. The King tandoori shrimp are a favorite of mine and I literally got another order for dessert rather than a normal dessert. They thought I was joking when I ordered it for dessert! I travel frequently for business and have had the opportunity to eat at many phenomenal restaurants and they are at the top of the list with the best! I’m so happy they made it through the pandemic and now celebrating 20 years. I would highly recommend Tangawizi!”
