“The surgery is very well maintained, tidy and well equipped. The reception staff are polite and helpful. The dentists are thorough and seem to genuinely care about your wellbeing. They offer suggestions and treatment plans but in a constructive way.”

“I recently attended for wisdom teeth extraction with Rita Mirchandani and her dental nurse. I am anxious about the dentist and was fearful of this appointment due to a previous bad experience with tooth extraction. Rita and the nurse were really supportive, I found it helpful that i was given lots of psychoeducation about the procedure. They allowed me to listen to my music throughout the procedure which i found helpful. The extraction didn't take long and i haven't had any complications, which has been a relief. I also found the education about dental hygiene and brush technique really helpful.”

“This Hotel/Pub was the perfect location for us. We were visiting a family member recovering from major surgery but also wanted to explore the area. We were not disappointed as Woking (cinema & Theatre) and the ‘Saturn Way’ were on our doorstep. As regards the hotel we were greeted by Lee who set a wonderful first impression. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the rest of the staff. The room had recently been refurbished to a high standard and was immaculately clean and comfortable. The pub itself had a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and the food was very tasty. Big thank you to Lee, Nessie and the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable. Free parking a big bonus.”

“I've probably eaten in every curry house within ten miles of the Balaka. the food here is by far the tastiest and most varied. the Chicken naga is wonderful . The flavours are just so much better than anywhere else in the vicinity. Highly recommended.”

Just a bit improve self service check outs if barcode not reading then you have to wait a bit long for Assistance to login and some check out machine unable to read bank notes tried different notes but result was the same then paid by Bank Card for just £5.18 Shopping kindly try to fix bank note reader overall all excellent.”

From the moment we arrived, the front desk team showed true professionalism and kindness. They understood our difficult situation and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their warm attitude and excellent service completely turned around what had started as a very stressful experience. Thanks to their care, our stay became enjoyable and memorable. “Excellent location just outside Woking station. As you would expect the room was clean. I’ve stayed in a few Travelodge hotels over the last year or two and the rooms in this one are even better than most: I guess it has had a recent refurbishment: USB-A ports by the bed, and a very good shower room. Breakfast was very good, again as you would expect. So many thanks to all the invisible people who make this level of service possible – cleaning, catering et cetera. A big shout out to Supervisor Manika and to Pritam on the desk for excellent service - and in particular for recovering the small coffee flask which I inadvertently left behind in the room.”
