“Hi This house was in good location good condition. The room and all around the house was absolutely clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, bathroom toilet was real clean as I use to work a housekeeper of 5 star hotel . My family member was happy as they visited from Thailand. She is 82 years old. Lucky the house was perfect for her condition. I usually don’t like to give feedback but to be honest . They customer service help line was good. They were very professional right from the point of providing a quote to completing the actual cleaning and sharing pictures with me once the cleaning was done (since I was away at work) I dealt with Nina and Toni and both were very professional and helpful. There was a minor issue regarding access to the property but Nina being a thorough professional dealt with it very maturely and worked around the issue without any fuss even though it caused some inconvenience to her.
