“Dealt with Duncan Hoyle in Q4 2019, to completely renew our office furniture - totally transforming the look of our business, and giving it a really modern and luxurious feel for our team. Wind the clock forward 4 1/2 years, and we needed a gas lift replaced on a single exec chair. Got in contact with Duncan and despite the manufacturer of the item not being in business any longer, he got other teams from another manufacturer involved to make it happen.
