“My Daughter had an engine management light appear on Thursday evening returning from work to Richmond along the M4. On Friday morning she phone WTS and she was told to bring the car in and they'd have a look. By lunchtime the fault had been identified and it was fixed by 3pm . This garage provides excellent service and treat their customers very fairly. Highly recommended.”

“I had my laser session today at Thérapie Clinic and the lady who did my treatment was amazing. She did my underarms and bikini and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She was professional, gentle, and explained everything as she went along, which really helped me relax. Chris and his team are fantastic – they genuinely care about the wellbeing of the animals they treat. One of my dogs has a long-term health condition, and I trust Chris and the other vets 100% with his care. We previously had a bad experience with another vet who seemed more focused on money than our dog’s health. That made us realise how important it is to find a vet who truly cares – and Chris and the team at Richmond are exactly that. They’re not in it for the money; they’re in it for the animals. The receptionists are also always so helpful and friendly – they really complete the experience and make every visit that much easier. I’m so grateful we found them.”

“I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to. Nicky in Richmond is a jewel in the crown of Majestic and my experience is always great. Not sure if she is a Manager or Regional Manager yet but she deserves to be. Always a smile, great service and assistance with any queries. A solid knowledge of wines, regions and good recommendations. If I was running Majestic I would be endeavouring to retain her at any cost. Having been a customer of Majestic since 2011 in Chiswick, Camberley, and Brentford at times, I have experienced haphazard service at times and certainly a difference in stock per store, but I really appreciate the quality when I do encounter it and this should be commended.”

“Richmond Rascals are by far the best doggy daycare establishment I’ve encountered. Firstly, they’re very friendly, and the shop itself is homely and nicely decorated. Secondly, they definitely take care of the dogs entrusted to them very well. I had a dog that was terminally ill, and the days he spent here were amongst the happiest in his life. At times it seemed he would be more excited to go here than go home! I would absolutely recommend Richmond Raacals to anyone.”

“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local.
