The car passed the health check, apart from an issue with the ERAD system, which I understand is a common problem. I’m hopeful that Volvo will assist with the cost of this repair. Hannah promptly informed me that the battery would be replaced under the recall scheme at no cost, which was a relief. Another impressive touch was the video link they sent, showing a detailed inspection of my car and outlining any necessary work—very professional. We were really impressed with the way she explained things patiently and her regular follow ups to ensure we were on track.
