“Amazing shop, the vibe is on point. My son had a lip piercing today, and an hour later wanted another piercing on his lip. They gave really truthful advice and said to leave it a week and let the swelling go down. I feel other shops would of just booked him in regardless. So safety for the client was the priority, not taking peoples money just for the sake of it.”

“I just had my first experience shopping at Loupe, Croydon. What an incredible experience. I was made to feel welcome from the minute I walked in. Janet took time to walk me through the showroom and talk me through a number of watches I wanted to try on which was thoroughly enjoyable. Janet was fantastic and knowledgeable throughout my visit. I also spoke with Oshane who also shared his knowledge on Rolex and Tudor and adjusted the watch I purchased to fit. The team were all welcoming and overall I would say this was an extremely luxurious shopping experience. Other retailers in the watch and jewellery industry could learn from them how it should be done I look forward to my next visit.”

The opening and closing times in Croydon are perfect, especially with the early opening at 8am. The people working there are friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. “Visited a couple of times since restrictions were lifted. Very professional service with staff attending tables to take orders regularly. Definitely London pricing, cocktails will set you back £9.50+ a pop but they are delicious and pack a punch. And the food!!!...I had the hake, partner had the bone marrow burger - I have not had food that good since the Michelin starred Albert's Table closed down. Outstanding! You do need to book in advance and you only get 2 hrs per booking per day. Not all tables have heaters but vast majority do and 90% of tables are covered. On our 2nd visit the heater above our table wasn't working which was a shame because we would have stayed longer if it had been. A must visit for cocktail lovers and foodies alike.”

I always find the owner polite, friendly and most helpful. His shop has everything! Stocktaking must be a nightmare...”
