“I thought I’d share my thoughts following my third (and longest) stay at Latitude. I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.”

“Had Emvee do my piercings, she did a great job creating a relaxing and friendly atmosphere making the process very neat and quick. You will find that the rest of the staff are just as friendly and happy to help out with any questions or advice! Would come again to do another piercing :)”

“The Volvo team at Croydon has been absolutely amazing—especially Hannah, who is truly an asset to the company. I booked my Volvo XC90 in for a full service and a health check. The car passed the health check, apart from an issue with the ERAD system, which I understand is a common problem. I’m hopeful that Volvo will assist with the cost of this repair. The pricing was reasonable overall. My vehicle also had a recall related to the battery, and unfortunately, it failed. Hannah promptly informed me that the battery would be replaced under the recall scheme at no cost, which was a relief. Since I rely on the car for school drop-offs and daily commuting, Hannah kindly arranged a courtesy car for me. Another impressive touch was the video link they sent, showing a detailed inspection of my car and outlining any necessary work—very professional. I will definitely continue servicing my car at this location. The team is honest, straightforward, and never pushy—just genuine people providing great service. I’m happy to recommend them. Keep up the amazing work you guys do”

She thought outside of the box and brought ideas to the table that we hadn't previously considered, but which were perfect for the space. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, we highly recommend her services - 10/10”

“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

“This place is AMAZING. Im staying there at the minute and it was my birthday, my mum mentioned to staff briefly. And unofficially they delivered birthday balloons and a birthday card to my room. The hotel has such an amazing vibe to it for such a cheap price. Theres so many stores nearby, me and my friend went to an asian convenience store nearby! You NEED to come here!”

“IKEA, love this place, I could happily spend the day browsing around the numerous merchandise and fabulous displays. Only problem is when you reach the checkouts, queues and not enough self-service tills open. But I got what I want and will return.”

“We had a fantastic experience at my son’s 10th birthday party at Oxygen Purley, and Ezra was an excellent host. He was entertaining and engaging from the start, and somehow managed to keep a group of very rowdy kids following his instructions and paying attention to what they needed to do throughout the session. We were really happy with the service he provided. Ezra was polite, professional, and great with the children, which made the whole party run smoothly and stress-free for us as parents. “Had a great stay at Premier Inn! Ram, our host, made the experience extra special — he surprised us with a bottle of prosecco and chocolates as we were there for a special occasion, which was such a lovely touch. His energy and friendliness really stood out and made us feel very welcome. Excellent service all around, would definitely stay again! Couldn’t recommend more❤️Get Ram a raise!!!”

“We were so impressed of the staff, the reception lady checked us in early. The breakfast is amazing, overall the foods are so fresh and delicious. Adela was so kind to assist us about collecting our car from nearby mall where we parked. The hotel has a strategic location, it’s surrounded with good restaurants. “We went into Halfords in Purley to renew gear wires on our bike. Was served by Kamani. He gave excellent service and was extremely kind and polite. Booked our bike in to be repaired. “Amazing store, super professional and immaculately clean and well presented.....a joy to walk around. The staff especially Hanifah were not pushy, she allowed us time to browse and was very attentive and friendly when needed. Luckily our chosen sofa was in stock and within two weeks it was delivered and set up in our house by a very professional and punctual delivery company (Humber services Ltd). We would certainly come here again and have already recommended to friends and family due to the 5* service we received.”

“This hotel is modern, clean and central. I am a croydon girl who returned for a family party. Croydo seemed pretty chilled. The rooms were well equipes. The staff at the hotel were welcomming and accommodating and most of all friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again.”

“I was initially concerned when my child was transferred to the school, especially after reading some negative reviews and considering its distance from my home. However, I soon realized that many of those reviews were misleading. The school is outstanding in every aspect. The discipline is strong, and all children are treated with care and respect. The meals are delicious and impressive, with the thoughtful addition of offering bagels in the morning. Very touching! The headteacher, Mrs. Edmonds, comes across as both professional and caring, and all the teachers and assistants are highly responsible and attentive to the children’s needs. It’s clear they put in a lot of effort. My child, who started in P1 after moving from Scotland, has been very happy here, even after just a few weeks. The after-school club is excellent too, with friendly staffs,and my child absolutely loves the meals it offers! Shamed I have to transfer her to another school only because it is too far from where I live. Both me and the child feel very sad about leaving minister infant school.”

“A nice hotel with the carpark at the front, there's no lift only stairs, the rooms are large and there are no bath tubs. There is an interconnecting door from Travelodge to Toby Carvey, it's located between the hotel reception and the stair case, it's easy not to notice it, I only noticed it when I was in Toby Carvey and went to the Gents toilets which is actually in Travelodge side.”
