From searching online for a decent dentist to making an appointment for a consultation to then beginning my treatment with Abi, I knew I was in good hands. Each step of the process was professionally explained to me which not only helped my understanding, but also alleviated any fears I may have had. My dental health has dramatically improved and brushing and cleaning technique has also altered so as to maintain the very high standard of work that I've received. Over the many years that I've visited numerous dentists I've never had one that broke everything down to me, which really did help immensely. The whole experience was a positive one and I can highly recommend The Complete Smile Twickenham to anyone that cares about their dental health.”

“Our son, who is 2yrs old now, has been at Beaumont House full time since he was 11 Months old. We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us. “Served by a lovely girl with curly hair in a ponytail and hoop earrings, I assume she was new from how her coworkers were talking to her, but she was brilliant nonetheless, perfect service from her. Especially in comparison when we first came to the bar and none of the servers came to us for at least 3 minutes”

“I bought a Carerra bike for my son last week from Halfords in Twickenham (Ivy Bridge), and received great service. I went back a few days later to enquire about fitting a gear guard or derailer cover to the bike. Other staff members were not sure it was possible as they had not fitted one before to that bike. However Johno attended to me and went to look at the derailer of the same bike ion display in the store and worked out the best way to fit a gear guard on. As I walk with a crutch, and my son’s bike was in the car, Johno offered to come out to the car and fit gear guard to the cycle while it was still in the car. What brilliant service and Johno is a real credit to the organisation as nothing was too much trouble.”

“First time at this particular PI and the difference between here and the one up the road (London Twickenham Stadium) are poles apart. There is parking but we turned up around 21:00 and I was lucky to find a spot; the car park does serve the Beefeater next door. The front door is automatic which is handy when you have a lot of bags but the inner doors are manual. We were greeted by a friendly, very helpful and enthusiastic member of staff. Our room was on the first floor (no lift) at the front of the building and although there was a busy main road and a bus stop outside it wasn’t that noisy. The room and bathroom seem bigger and as usual the bed is very comfortable. The wardrobe/ shelving unit is lovely and big, easily fits 4 days of our clothes and four big shelves for all your other bits. In this PI the rooms have A/C and having bus stops outside is an added bonus. Only negative is that the toilets don’t flush very well.”

“We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Greenwood Nursery. Coming from a previous nursery where a serious case of abuse had been announced a year ago, trusting a new setting again was not easy for us. At first, we also weren’t fully convinced by the layout, as the nursery is split into two separate buildings. But in the end, this turned out to be a real positive;everything runs smoothly, and the setup actually works incredibly well. The staff are truly fantastic. They provide detailed handovers every day and post frequently on the app, where we can clearly see how busy and engaged they are with the children. Our child was excited to go to nursery every morning and absolutely loved every single member of the team. One of the things we appreciate the most is the variety of activities they offer. They don’t just stay indoors;they take the children out regularly, and they even organised visits to a local care home. This is one of the most heartwarming activities we’ve seen, benefiting both the children and the elderly residents. They also go to the playground twice a day, and at the end of our son’s final day, he came home with a whole bag full of arts and crafts he had made. Although our son is now in school and attends a different nursery for afterschool hours (purely for convenience), we truly miss Greenwood. One of their standout qualities is their openness: parents can come inside at pick-up, walk in freely, and see the children in action without making them uncomfortable or interrupting. This transparency gave us a huge sense of trust and peace of mind;something we haven’t found elsewhere, where doors barely open and everything feels much more closed off. At Greenwood, you can pop in at any time and see exactly what’s going on. They have nothing to hide, and it shows. We would 100% recommend this nursery to any parent. For us, it’s the best nursery in town. If they had an outdoor space, it would be a 10/10;but since they go outside twice a day anyway, I think they fully deserve that 10/10. Definitely give them a try. We’re so grateful for the amazing experience they provided our little one.”

“My daughter joined St. Margarets Montessori in November 2020 and we highly recommend it. Prior to her joining, we searched and vetted over 20 nursery's in and around the area and this by far was outstanding in all aspects. We never regretted our decision. The teacher's are highly qualified, so warm, genuine, caring yet extremely professional. My little one has so much fun and has also learnt lots. The montessori has a huge outside space in comparison to other nurseries we saw. The children are exposed to lots of activities and apparatus to suit all capabilities both inside and outside. We love the weekly updates with photos that we receive from the montessori and the fact that they have an open door policy for any queries about our child. My daughter loves going there and we love seeing her smiling and happy everyday at drop offs.”

“My daughter started at Little Forest Folk Twickenham just a week after turning two and attended for 2.5 years. It was her first and only childcare setting, and she loved it from day one. I've seen her grow both emotionally and physically, and I truly believe that unstructured, imaginative play has been beneficial for her-she often engages in creative play on her own at home. The outdoor setting of this nursery is an incredible way to help children develop a love for nature, no matter the weather. We feel so fortunate to have Little Forest Folk in Twickenham, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.”

“I've just checked out this morning and have to say the overall experience I had during my one night stay was very good. Much better than I had expected having read the recent reviews. Even taking into consideration the budget price, the room was a good size, clean, the bed was comfortable. The dinner and breakfast, though not as good as Premier Inn's, were adequate for the price and the staff on reception and in the dining area were polite and attentive. Not much to improve on in all honesty. Thank you.”

It wasn't a huge order but the gentleman (I don't have his name) gave me the 5* treatment, helping me choose the best wines for the day, giving me a tasting, and then sorting out my order. He then delivered my order and despite an issue at the venue with collection he persisted and got everything in the fridge as well as delivering glasses for hire. I've never been to majestic before but they have a new valued customer at the Twickenham branch. They are all friendly and fabulous to deal with.”

The service was genuinely top-notch, and every dish we tried—from the chicken souvlaki and sea bream to the saganaki, baklava, and portokalopita—was delicious. Great wine and friendly vibes made it a perfect end to a busy day. Highly recommend!”
