I was greeted so warmly by everyone downstairs and then Alex upstairs was just great - friendly, really efficient without rushing anyone, knew all about the menu, suggested I download the app and explained the fab rewards (I received free dough balls!). “Such a brilliant shop with a thoughtful quality selection and such helpful kind staff who know their stuff. I had my 18 month old son properly fitted for his first pair of boots for winter and the shoes have held up so well as my son splashes in puddles and his feet stay dry. The store is also great for gifts and has an incredible selection of Brio train bits which make for a great activity for the little ones while you shop.”

“I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). Painting was in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.”
