The two assistants who came to my aid were so nice and helpful. They ordered my size and to my delight were delivered to my home around 24 hrs later. But the true pull for me was how much of the team took care of me during the process. “Visiting the pharmacy has always been a easy and pleasant experience. Not being used to how the chemist process works, I've always been looked after and walk out with my correct prescription. Not only that, they offer a service to remind me to order my repeats and let me know when they are ready. I today visited the fragrance section and despite there being only a few staff on the floor (it was close to closing) a lovely helping assistant came over and served me. It was nice to be served by a friendly member of staff who genuinely was pleasant. Not something you see nowadays. Overall to this day, I have always had a great experience in Boots. “Both my daughters attended singing lessons here and within a few months their singing voices had massively improved. They both really enjoyed the classes and really liked that it was a smaller class, which allowed them to learn and focus more on their voices. The perks as a parent was the shows at the end of each term and I was very impressed that you received a report on their progress and what they would be working on to improve next. It also was an added bonus that some acting was apart of the session as the girls are actresses, so they received an extra lesson with Little voices in a smaller setting. Both girls obtained a distinction in their first LAMDA singing exam and was very pleased with themselves, especially my youngest daughter who started out not being able to sing confidently. Would definitely recommend Little Voices, Lucy is a talented and great teacher.”
