I saw Dr Massey four times between April and July: once for a new patient appointment, once for a consultation about composite bonding; and twice for composite bonding appointments. When I first met Dr Massey, she asked me to call her Hannah – a simple touch, but one that made me feel I was more than just a patient. I can't praise Hannah enough. She explained the procedures and its relative advantages/disadvantages vs veneers in a way that helped me make an informed choice. Hannah is absolutely meticulous in her work. More than just a great dentist, she is an artist, striving to make my top 4 and bottom 4 teeth look natural (rather than too perfect). The results were even better than I had hoped! The clinic was recommended to me by a friend after I was struggling to find a decent clinic that would provide a professional service and not overcharge. Skin rich provides a course of treatment based on individual needs with follow up & also advise on skin care and facial products according to your skin type. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable as well as being really nice people. They gave me a very warm welcome at my initial consultation which put me at ease straight away. The clinic itself is also very professional looking so you do really get what you pay for! I would highly recommend.”

You can tell how much he cares about the animals that he treats and it's been so much better for myself and my cat that we get to see the same friendly face each time. Their full English breakfast was great value for money and was really filling and great portion sizes. The bacon was crisp and their sausages weren’t too greasy which was a perfect combination. “We visited as a party of 6 without having booked and they were able to accommodate us in spite of being quite busy. We ordered starters and a main course and all really enjoyed our meals. the restaurant was clean, well decorated and had gentle music playing in the background which provided a very nice atmosphere. “We have just rounded off a fantastic weekend trip to watch the rugby with a fantastic Sunday roast at the White Horse in Richmond. A really brilliant proper pub with a superb Sunday lunch menu that catered for all our family. The Pork Belly bites were incredible and the Cauliflower Cheese you could eat on its own… a must try! The staff were brilliant and easily the nicest roast I’ve had in years!”

“We had a first class experience with Jethin as soon as we arrived at the showroom. He listened carefully to our requirements, did not try and hard sell anything and guided us through our purchase. Within one hour we had secured a really good deal, and within 2 weeks we were able to collect our car. On collection day, the receptionist showed us to the comfortable seating area and encouraged us to use the coffee/tea machine whilst we waited. Jethin took the time to show us the set up in the car and patiently answered our questions. His communication throughout was excellent and would highly recommend visiting him and the showroom.”
