“I first discovered Fig when I stumbled upon their shop in Kingston in Dec 2016. I always regretted not buying the beautiful cashmere wrap I had my eye on because it then sold out. I bought another in a different colour, which was (still is!) wonderful, but always wanted the other one! When in the store the assistant explained the company’s ethos and ethical approach, which impressed me and made me want to buy from them. I’ve now purchased no fewer than 4 items, a mixture of in store and online purchases, and have always been impressed with the range, quality, pricing and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend treating yourself to something from Fig - you won’t regret it!”

The coffee is amazing. Love that Niall can tell you everything about his coffee and where it comes from. He takes great care with sourcing all his ingredients. He will make sure you’re happy with your cuppa and goes the extra mile. His toasties are fantastic and so tasty!! There’s always something delicious to try. It’s so lovely to be able to sit down and enjoy your meal/coffee surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. Four leaf is set in a family run garden centre right next to the train station. Such a gorgeous place to sit and relax.”

“Dr Ali saw me as an emergency patient on the first day his surgery opened after lockdown ended in June 2020 for which I was very grateful. I had been self-treating a cavity for 8 weeks. Dr Ali was kind, professional and able to allay my concerns having been without treatment for so long. The problem was carefully explained, including using x-ray visuals to illustrate, treatment options were offered and the issue was quickly remedied. I have since returned to Dr Ali for further consultations and am confident in the care and expertise he gives.”

“Not had fish and chips for years. Looked up where to go as my son requested a bday treat while keeping up his lent restrictions. Our meals were all very good, especially the size and batter on the fish. Was crispy, not wet or stodgy at all. The owner Sam was very friendly, welcoming and went out of his way to accommodate us. He even threw in extra chips and a really lovely fresh salad for free. My mum was fascinated by how clean the shop was too. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others.
