I contacted Paul and sent photos, he gave me a price and we arranged a date. Paul was happy to rearrange the date and when he came assessed both seats I had, replaced the spring and sorted the sagging seats. End result seats are as new. “It was a pleasure to work with Emma and James on our first holiday let (Bowen House in Hythe) . We knew the apartment had so much potential and as much as I have good ideas, i felt that I needed some professional help as it had to be exceptional ! I was not disappointed at the results. From discussing the project and site meetings, these guys listened to ideas and then were able to specify everything including all the furniture to the choice of paint & wall paper, down to the last small detail of diffusers, books and even apples in the fruit bowl. During this process, amazing illusttations were created , floor plans and detailed equipment schedules provided so you knew exactly what you were getting . On the day when the install team had finished, Emma had already been there making sure it was all coordinated and completing the finishing touches . I was so genuinely pleased with the results I couldn't hide big smile on my face as this was a bit of dream to do this and sometimes thought I may not do it, Simply walking around the place that afternoon I felt so proud of the outcome and without both these guys efforts delivering this , it would never have looked so good. I almost felt I wasn't good enough even to be it it was that good! Top quality service .Looking forward to taking a few bookings from you guys in the near future !”

“Just received delivery of 2* 3 seater settees from Furniture Lifestyle in Grays. (Opposite Iceland/Peacocks). The service was excellent delivered on time and a bonus, taking the old settees away. Very reasonably priced and good quality. Even put down floor covers to protect the carpet. “Professional Company, Good Value, Good Experience, Highly Recommend I was badly let down by another company who sat on my money for three months and completely failed to process or deliver my order. I then carefully researched sliding wardrobe products and furniture companies which led me to Instrument Furniture. I bought a Cleo 3, 2.5m mirrored wardrobe in Shetland Oak (good value and comparable to the Weiman product which I had ordered previously, but much lower price ). All communication with Instrument has been faultless and immediate. I was able to view the product online with a live demonstration and have all my questions answered in real time. The wardrobe was delivered and assembled on the nominated day, on time, quickly and efficiently by two young chaps who were friendly, helpful and professional. They did a great job and the wardrobe looks perfect. “These guys were amazing from the showroom to delivery. Personalised, understanding, attentive, respectful, kind, helpful. Went above and beyond in the showroom- putting the mattress we wanted to test on the style of bed frame we have at home to simulate the firmness. We missed a special offer for a free mattress protector and duvet but they called us to say they had managed to get us the items anyway. Then on delivery- realizing I had 3 broken slats on the bed, they helped me cut down some spares to fit. Absolutely amazing faultless service. I would highly recommend Bensons.”
