The dogs were not only adorable but also very well trained, making the experience even more enjoyable. The store itself was beautiful, spotless, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. “Would totally recommend Kew Dogs. Sadie (silly puppy) and Iggy (sensible older dog) go together and are very well looked after. Very useful for an energetic and social puppy. Wing is super understanding about our ever chaotic schedule and it is a life saver when juggling work commitments. And Jeremy clearly loves them and treats them with great care. Great service. And lovely photos every day.”

“Betti is an amazing dog walker. She has been taking my adopted crossed German Shepard for walks every single day since I got her. I needed someone trusted, especially since my dog arrived from another country, and I can honestly say I can not imagine anyone else looking after my Lusia. Betti is very knowledgeable, committed, and loves her job. My dog is so happy to see her every single time. She posts pictures and videos from every walk, so I can see how happy my dog is with other furry friends and what great progress she has made. “After every groom at George’s, our cockapoo gets big smiles and comments about how incredibly good he looks. And despite the fact that we moved house, we choose to drive 50 mins to Wimbledon Village (and 50 back) and take our dog there because we simply haven’t found a better groomer. Not for lack of trying, I can assure you. At George’s, they listen to what we want and actually do that. Absolutely the best, thank you for making our boy look so gorgeous every 6 weeks, despite his attempts to be as messy as possible in the meantime:)”

“Urban Paw Prints has been looking after my Labrador for over 5 years from when he was a puppy. The level of care that Brian and his team provide is astounding. I know my Labrador enjoys daycare and is very happy with his daycare lifestyle - evident by the very warm welcome Brian receives every time, and the video updates I receive! The level of care and attention to detail Brian provides to dogs is excellent. For example, Brian provides emails about how he cares for the dogs in hot and cold weather, and it shows how every aspect of dog care is thoroughly considered. It is very clear from using Urban Paw Prints for 5 + years that the dogs come first and are very happy. Brian has been very reliable and with his thorough dog knowledge, I've found him always happy to provide insightful advice over the years - very much appreciated, especially when my Labrador was first a puppy and I was on a steep learning curve!”

“Just visited your store in Harlow and what a lovely experience. Your staff member called Christe was so helpful. She had to refill the sunflower hearts as I had used all the stock that was left - the bottom is a long way down. As I had purchased quite an amount she then took my 3 bags to the checkout and after paying she then offered to take my very heavy bag to my car. This was so helpful to me as in the beginning as I continued to fill the bag I found the container very awkward to use. The metal edge was scrapping along my arm as I had to lean over and not only hold the bag that was now on the bottom but try to fill it at the same time. Perhaps you could rethink this system. In the beginning you had bins which were so much easier to use.”

“I go there all the time. The owner is always polite and very helpful.. you can clearly see that he takes the animals well-being at heart. If you need any advice, he s always there to help and he is very knowledgeable.. I trust him more than my vet! They sell birds and cute rodents, so my son is always happy to come with me when we have to buy food or treats for our cat! A great place!”
