Colleen and her team dispelled that myth, and got to clean her ears from wax and hair, which other groomers could not as she fully resisted! No more mites! “Wonderful grooming experience for my mini schnauzer, who had had a very distressing grooming experience prior to this which resulted in her getting stress colitis and having to have a course of antibiotics. This was the first time that she had been cut with a very sympathetic 'schnauzer 'cut. The groomer is very respectful of what the owner wants for their dog and in the care of the dog. Every time Pickle comes back looking (and smelling) amazing - and you know the team really care about the dogs they are looking after! They especially understand different breed styles - which as a Cavapoo owner is the different between a teddy cut or coming out looking like a skinny poodle!! Book well in advance as they are very booked up!!!”

“Such a lovely vets! They have been seeing my Cat Bella since she was a kitten, they were brilliant with her from the day we first took her there and so caring. Bella was unfortunately given to me at 6 weeks old and wasn’t the healthiest but they brought her back to life and checked up on her with phone calls to see how she was. They really are so caring and brilliant with the animals in their care. I couldn’t recommend enough”

“Even though Vets are extremely busy at the moment you never feel rushed when with the vet. I took my 12 week old puppy in for a general check up and the vet was kind and very thorough. I have been with this veterinary practice for 16 months when I bought home my first puppy and they have been brilliant with her too. She has had some digestive problems and a reaction to stitches after an operation, they have always been kind, thoughtful and kept me informed. This happened through lockdown so was a very stressful time but they communicated with me by phone and emails and were amazing.”

“I called the vet on Saturday late afternoon and was offered an appointment just an hour later at 6pm. With our cat, Rupert, clearly down in the dumps, diagnosis was difficult without any specific symptoms. Very sympathetic handling (without a sedative) enabled a physical examination and the taking of a blood test but there was nothing abnormal showing but by then I had remembered that he had destroyed an old toy full pf catnip about five days previously. An X-ray was then taken and signs of the toy contents were found, Medicines were injected appropriately. On return home, Rupert seems like he is back to normal already. Eating, walking around, clearly happy again. Extraordinary. Thank you to the whole team for the care and the competence shown and for the cup of tea you gave me as well.”

“After my Galah cockatoo managed to get his foot stuck in the cage and dislocated his foot, we drove an hour to Tari Vets after being booked in for the first available appointment. Harvey managed to set his foot into place and a week onwards my Parrot is back to being a happy noisy bird. Cant thank Harvey enough, top guy who knows his stuff. We are glad we could find a specialist who could help.”
