“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

“We are first time dog owners and quite nervous about getting it all right - we found Grant through a Google search and he’s been fantastic. Given us a lot of his time (without charge) getting to know our dog and inviting me on a walk with other dogs in his care. He’s now doing regular training sessions and has made a huge difference in our dog’s behaviour. Actively encourages regular updates and videos so he can fine tune what he’s taught us. An absolute gent too. Can’t recommend more highly!”

“My Guinea pigs love it there! Since finding Charlie I would not leave my piggies anywhere else, they are extremely well looked after and always come home happy and relaxed. Charlie would send pictures and updates to let me know how the piggies were getting on which helped me relax and enjoy my time away. Highly recommend by me and piggies :)”

“Absolutely wonderful service from Dog in Black for a number of years now. My Labrador Ted has been walked by them 3-4 times a week for at the last two-three years. The carers over that time have always been fantastic, very communicative and clearly experienced and dog lovers in general. For anyone interested in more of the details, for the standing arrangements where your pup is walked 3-4 times a week on similar/the same days they aim to have the same carer do all of their walks. Its a great setup which means that my dog builds a great relationship/bond with the walkers. Special shoutout to Becky, Alana, Louise and Madika who have all at various times been Teds primary walker and have always done an amazing job. They send you lovely updates after the walk every day, and when you're having a bad day in the office its always nice to get a few pictures/videos of your dog out there living his best life. They have always been very flexible and quick to respond on the administrative side and I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks to all of the team and I look forward to many more years of one seriously happy and tired Labrador when I get in from the office.”

Their genuine love for animals is evident in every interaction, and they bring warmth and compassion to a field that can often feel clinical or judgemental. Unlike some other practices, they never make you feel embarrassed or lectured if your pet’s vaccinations are overdue or if life has simply got in the way. Their approach is refreshingly understanding, focusing on solutions rather than criticism. The staff are consistently polite, informative, and incredibly helpful. Their professionalism is matched by a sincere desire to provide the best care possible—not only for the animals, but for the people who love them. I only wish they had been in Brentwood decades ago. I won’t be taking my pets anywhere else.”

“100% would recommend Wylies Welness centre. Their staff are always so helpful and friendly and go above and beyond! From their reception staff who always make you feel welcome and offer great help and advice where they can to their amazing vets. One of my dogs who is very nervous and reactive was unwell recently and their head vet Adele was so amazing with her, I couldn’t believe it. It’s so nice to have a practice who genuinely care about the welfare of your pet and understand that they’re family. I wouldn’t want my pets to go anywhere else. Thanks Wylies for everything, keep up the great practise that you’ve created.”

“This is quite a cute little pet shop. It has quite a reasonable range despite its size. The woman behind the till has been friendly when I've been in. The products seem good, though often I'm just there to get compostable poo bags for my dog”

“Highly recommend Platinum Dog Walkers!! Shelly took the time to come and meet myself and Dobby before he started his walks. Dobby started with Platinum Dog Walkers when he was 5months old, he is now 10months and loves his walks with them. I found it difficult to find someone who take on a large breed but Platinum Dog Walkers are very accommodating! Ours days tend to vary and this is never problem! Shelly and Sam are great with Dobby! He can be a handful at times but Shelly and Sam are amazing with him!! Always get lots of lovely videos and pictures of what Dobby's walks! Can't recommend them enough!!”

“I was devastated when my dog broke his leg one late evening. Worried and anxious, I contacted Ctvet first thing in the morning and left a voicemail, hoping for a prompt response. To my relief, they called us back as soon as they opened. When we arrived at the clinic, Stefano greeted us with warmth and understanding, which immediately put my mind at ease. He quickly gave my dog an injection to relieve his pain and took the time to explain the treatment plan, reassuring me that he was in good hands. The next morning, my dog was scheduled for orthopaedic surgery. It was difficult to leave him at the clinic overnight, but I knew he was getting the best possible care. When I returned to pick him up in the evening, I was overjoyed to see him happy and playful, albeit slightly tired from the sedation. Martina thoroughly explained each medication and provided helpful leaflets for at-home care, which increased my peace of mind. I am sincerely grateful for everyone's compassion and professionalism at Ctvet. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pets and wants them to receive the best possible care.”

“Sadly my poor Dachshund Otis had to have surgery for IVDD. We are so fortunate to live so close to The Pet and Health Therapy in Welling, a ten minute ride away. Geoff has been looking after Otis since he as able to retrieve treatment, Physio and Laser at home, and now just started Hydrotherapy at the centre. Geoff is so knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with complex animal injuries, and it has been an absolute pleasure to see my Otis improving over time. Keep up the great work guys.”

“A very easy and straightforward process. My dog had a rabies vaccination at my local vets and I then contacted Heathrow vets to finalise the rest of the process. I was given an easy form to complete online and we made an appointment. The paperwork was already completed by the time I arrived and I was in and out of the practice in less than ten minutes. It couldn’t have been easier.”

“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“We left our cat here for a little over two weeks and we were very happy. The room is very nice and clean with enough space for cats to roam. We got pictures and updates almost every day and from what we saw there were lots of toys provided. Highly recommend! Thank you Ann .”

“Pet Pals is an excellent cattery and Sarah is absolutely terrific with our two cats. One of our cats has diabetes so needs extra help and Sarah has been very caring. They both seem very much at home whenever they stay there - warm, comfortable and well looked after. Sarah is also very flexible and accommodating, and nothing is too much trouble. We recommend Pet Pals very highly!”

“My boy Bertie is a lockdown kitten and sadly due to the lack of socialisation with other people (other than me) when he was very young due to the restrictions in place at the time he is therefore extremely attached to me and me alone, and can be difficult to interact with. Despite this, I have no hesitation in leaving Bertie in the very capable hands of Karon and Molly at Meow Manor. Bertie is clearly very content at Meow Manor and I am regularly updated with photos and videos of Bertie relaxing or playing with the toys Karon and Molly kindly provide. I know that he definitely enjoys his time at Meow Manor as I struggle to get him back in his carrier when its time to collect him (he prefers to jump up to the top shelf and lay down looking at me like the cheeky boy he is!). I have used this cattery many times now and would recommend it to anyone!”

“Marion looked after our year old cockapoo, Barty. We were a little worried as we’d never left him before, but after taking him to visit Marion prior to going away, we had no doubts that she would be great. During their six days together, Barty clearly had a great time. Marion gave video updates a couple of times a day via WhatsApp giving details of their walks. Marion wasn’t just walking him around the block - she loaded him into her car and took him to all kinds of places. He clearly had a great time. I can wholeheartedly recommend Marion. She clearly loves her doggie clients and they will love her too.”

“We have used the Puppy Pad now a couple of times for our pup for when we are away. After only having him a short while before our first holiday, we were super nervous about him going but Nicole made me feel at ease straight away. I had absolutely nothing to worry about, he loved it and is a true home from home for him. We are kept uptodate of what they are up to and the activities Nicole does with them is brilliant! He is so sad once he gets home as he has had so much fun with Nicole and the rest of the Puppy Pad! I would highly recommend her and will always use the Puppy Pad as my first choice for doggy holiday care! x”

“Brilliant service. I recommend it without reservation. We recently moved to bexleyheath and are so happy that we found Amanda's Cat sitting service. We have two cats, one who can be a little stand-offish, and both of them took to Amanda immediately. I tend to be a bit of a worrier when we're away from the cats, but Amanda's regular text message updates, and some brilliant photos of the boys playing that she sent, really set my mind at ease and meant I could enjoy my trip guilt-free. We will certainly be calling on Amanda again in the near future.”
