Me and my partner had a lovely experience from the lady behind the til, we didn’t catch her name but she was blonde, glasses and butterfly tattoo on her neck, she was absolutely lovely she made conversation with us, she made us laugh and her customer service was spot on! Very rare in nowerdays society to have a decent chat with someone who’s actually down to earth and humerus. Thankyou so much to the lady that served us today 5 stars from us! “☕ Caffè Nero – Relaxing Vibe & Great Coffee Caffè Nero is one of my favorite places for a coffee break. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, with soft lighting and comfy seating — perfect for reading, working, or catching up with friends. The coffee is rich and smooth, especially the cappuccino and flat white. You can tell they care about quality, and the baristas usually get it just right. I also like their pastries and paninis — fresh, warm, and tasty without being too expensive. Service is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Some locations can get crowded, especially around lunchtime, but there’s usually space if you're patient. Overall: A great spot to relax with a well-made coffee and a bite to eat. It feels a bit more relaxed and personal than some other chains. ⭐ Rating: 9/10”
