He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered in the replacement part and came back to fit it within just a few days (and this was over New Year too). His work is of a very high standard and you could tell that he actually cares about doing a good job. On a personal level I found Pedro polite and trustworthy. He is a good communicator too. He took time to explain to us what he was doing while examining our washing machine and that helped with our decision making. “Booked MoT through bookmygarage website and it was not displayed that I should book the time slot by calling the garage. I could have guessed that myself but when I couldn’t leave the car for the whole day as they requested when I turned up they booked me for the next day and I was done within an hour. Overall very pleasant experience I can say. The car mechanic guy who was helping with lights was very very very nice! The guys sitting at the desk wasn’t either nice nor rude but just a bit “I don’t give a thing”. Which isn’t bad either obviously you just always want people who do care a lot but I can’t tell the job was done well and at super good price so no reason to complain at all! :)”
